Had pizza here and I think Iâll come back later this week too cause it was amazing. Went along tonight swayed by glowing reviews on TA. Seated in quite lovely surroundings, albeit a little stiff and contrived to what would normally suit us. Given menus promptly and our ordered bottle of sparkling water. Considered our options, keen to order cocktails, but no service for such a long time that we reconsidered cocktails and settled on a bottle of wine, but again, no service- waited, waited, looked longingly - then called it quits, which is hard to do when you feel compelled to order and are keen to do so, but honestly how long do you wait before you say âenough is enoughâ. This place looks magnificent and if we had more time, it would have been great to hang out by the pool for the arvo but we just had lunch at Jungle Fish. We ordered a few things to share and drinks. Food arrived first and we had to ask where the drinks where. Food was great except for the Thai green papaya salad. It was inedible! It was so covered in shrimp paste, it was like someone had totally got the proportions wrong and it was awful. When the waiter asked if it was ok, I told him no but we were still charged for it. Not great customer service Good afternoon, We would like to thank you for your review! We would like to present you with our appologies if your culinary experience didnt meet your expectations. Given that delivering excellent service to all of our beloved guests is our utmost goal; I have personally addressed your concern with the Food & Beverage team. I would like to outline that once the staff came to your table to check your satisfaction regarding the Thai Papaya Salad and you mentioned your dissatisfaction, you were, on the spot, offered for it to be replaced but you insisted to eat it and didn't wish for it to be changed. Make a reservation ASAP. Private Cocoons fill up fast. Had the 9 course menu and every bite was exquisite. What I loved was that they let my 12 yo son order ala carte while my wife and I enjoyed the 9 course fixed dinner. Here in the States they will not allow and everyone at table must do the fixed price menu. Such a bargain at $80 each. First off, what a gorgeous restaurant! It is so unassumingly located in Ubud's alleys amidst the several souvenir and art stores. It really does look like an adorable street cafe in a quaint European city with a really relaxing vibe. Second,they have air conditioning which is a huge bonus in Bali. Third, the food was excellent and drinks top notch as well. We ordered two pastas, both perfectly al dente and well flavored. I was surprised there was only one other party - perhaps they get busier for dinner. My boyfriend and I read about this restaurant online and decided to go here for dinner one of our evenings in Ubud. The view is pretty amazing, looking over the jungle. The service was great, they were very polite and professional. I think the cost was a little on the expensive side for what we got but that's the only thing. Food was pretty great, it gets chilly at night. We went at sunset.I definitely recommend dining here one evening if you get the chance!

We only had breakfast, so I can't comment on the whole menu, but what we had, we really enjoyed, both food and drinks. The cocktails are very reasonably priced. Lovely staff. Clean bathrooms. Wish they opened a bit earlier than 11am, which is my only reservation in not giving it 5 stars. We have eaten in many restaurants around the world with Michelin stars including 6 which have/had at the time 3 stars and Aperitif was definitely up there as a dining experience. The degustation menu offers diners the chance to enjoy several flavours from the kitchen and each course is presented brilliantly. The ambience and decor of the restaurant and the wonderful bar add to the appeal.

We stayed at the Kayon Jungle resort for our honey moon and ate at the kepitu restaurant every day. Breakfast each morning was outstanding- the service, the food, the atmosphere. I couldnât fault one thing and there was pages of different meals we could order. We also booked the buffet dinner which was A+, such a variety of food and again the service was impeccable. We had arranged a romantic candlelight dinner to celebrate our honeymoon and again everything was better then we could of imagined. The captain of the restaurant was also one of the kindest people we have met. He certainly knows customer service and gifted us a pair of bamboo straws on our last morning. If you are in Ubud it is a must you eat at the kepitu restaurant, couldnât recommend this please more. Thank you kepitu restaurant and kayon jungle resort

Everything about this restaurant absolutely amazing! Me and my husband came to kePitu restaurant for our wedding anniversary. We arrived at 5pm and someone invited me to see the waterfall and that was beuatiful ambience.We enyoyed all of our meals, we had a pork ribs and crispy duck. The taste was very good many flavours and nice pretentation. All the staff were friendly, special mention to donita who very kind and helpful.
