We ate 2 days in a row in this glutenfree, partly vegan, vegetarian restaurant. It has such amazing food! The first day we had to wait quite long for our food, eventhough it was not very crowded. However, the staff was so friendly and the food was delicious. I ate a tempe-lasagna and I wouldn't have thought that I would ever love a lasagna without cheese, but it was amazing. Also, we took a piece of pie to go, which was great as midnight snack! The second day I had a taco (which was actually a burrito) with beans and quinoa.The music was good, but the same playlist every day, haha! Sharing some parts of the menu, please notice that there will be an additional 15%, for service and taxes. We are thrilled to hear that, out of the thousand or more restaurants in Ubud, ours is your favourite! It's great that you enjoyed your food. The lasagne is our most popular dish. Our food is prepared fresh with each meal and some things can take a little longer than others to prepare but hopefully are worth the waiting.Thank you for your comments about the music. Although we had some other playlists available if you had asked, your observation has prompted us to make some new playlists which we hope will be enjoyed and create a pleasant background to your dining experience. We are also busy redecorating downstairs to create an even more comfy atmosphere. We hope you have the chance to visit us again to see our changes... still a work in progress!!Just a note to clarify, there is no service charge at the moment at Fussy Bird so tips are most welcome and are shared amongst the staff but all items are subject to a 10% government tax. Great food, great service really friendly owners.We had fried rice which was very tasty and finger licking ah-mazing grilled duck which is so big i need help finishing them. We went there twice because we like them so much.If you order the coconut you can ask the staff to cut open the coconut where you'll find really nice, jelly-like and delicious coconut meat. I say this because i rarely see the foreigners eat their coconut milk

We went to this restaurant as our son has coeliac disease and we thought it would be great to go somewhere where he could pick absolutely anything he wanted from the menu. As adults, the menu was lovely and we really enjoyed our meal here, however it isn't child friendly at all. My son just wants to be normal and have pizza or whatever like his friends. I feel this restaurant is more for people who are gluten free for lifestyle choices and want to be healthy, rather than for people, especially children, who have medical conditions and just want to eat the same food as everyone else. The restaurant itself is nice and a lovely relaxed setting.Just wish it had been more child friendly.Hello there!Thank you for choosing our restaurant and also for the feedback, appreciate it! We had a wonderful evening Dinner at Mudra. The food was really deliousios and tasty. We also had some sweet poteto Chips and Red Beet Humus for Starter and an 'endless Summer' Juice. The prices are a bit higher but the food is worth it. And also the Place itself is a bit more quit then at the Main street, so You can entjoy your food as much as possible.

Didn't expect to find this little perfect jem just down the road from our villa. Mouth watering food for those looking for a healthy menu, scrumptious coffee and even better people who work there. Sitting at the table top watching the community make there way on the road and just enjoying the view of where you are and being thankful. We ordered avo on toast which was picture worthy! We plan to make that our daily breakfast stop.....and maybe lunch also. So happy to share this spot with anyone looking for healthy and taste good food options and super sweet people! Being a solo traveller, stumbled upon this place while talking to some expats at a different local restaurant. Lo and behold,the food is professionally put together by who else but a professional chef! Local flavours too are featured of course, but the most pleasant thing here is a welcoming atmosphere that has got me returning often for the food and beers!(and the lock expat community is surely helpful to know!) Quality of the food is assured, and Friday is a pleasant surprise with Quiz night!The mee goreng is especially comforting when just having something simple!

After trekking the Rice Terraces for 90 minutes we emerged completely exhausted, hot and sweaty so needed a nice cold drink.We decided to call into Teras Padi Cafe for a nice cold sprite, good views from the cafe which overlooks the Rice Terraceâs.Staff polite and friendly, food that was being served looked very good, shame we werenât ready for dinner as we would have eaten here.

Before my âAncient Sound Healingâ today I was having my welcome drink there and informed myself about the location. It is really comfortable there, they offer delicious chocolate and cake which you really need to ground yourself after those wonderful sessions. The staff is really helpful and just sweet. The Cafe is surrounded by a huge garden with the 2 pyramids in it. Just loved to sit there, especially after the healing session.Yes! You just understand our concept perfectly. It was always our intention to create a peaceful place to ground oneself pre or post Ancient Sound Healing session. And if you can have a cheeky slice of chocolate cake, why not?! The views, as many others have noted, are excellent here. Looking out past your table at the gardens and jungle don't get old. Our food arrived quickly, which was a plus as we were tight on time, and it was all quite good. The juices were delicious and worth their own mention. I'd definitely recommend it for a memorable experience.
