Bar 1805 Ibiza, open since 2012, is the brainchild of visionary cocktail artisan and Balearic legionnaire Charles Vexenat, a French avant-garde with an Ibicenco heart. One of the worldâs most highly regarded barmen who has himself received numerous indust
Discovered this amazing place by a friend from the industry. The crowd is extremely diversified. Food menu is simple, portraying French Brasserie Classics well applied and made with incredibly fresh ingredients.Cocktails menu is well mastered with an eclectic range of flavours. Bar shelves are filled with secret bottles coming out of nowhere. The place reflects his owner. Sophisticated in a simple way, generous, full of love and hospitality passion. His laugh will stuck itself in your memory and bring a smile at you every time you will think about.Don't be mistaken : 1805 is not what everyone wants. However it is definitely what people needs or should be looking for.

Perhaps we visited late in the season (early October) but the place was dead and no food was being served.I was looking forward to visiting the place due to the good reviews but came away disappointed.Beer was 4.50 euros for a pint....average for resort.

Just a stone's throw from Space and Ushuaia the Ibiza Rocks Diner serves up the same seriously tasty menu as the Ibiza Rocks Bar & Diner in San Antonio. Filling breakfasts, a big range of burgers, sandwiches, ribs and wings plus tasty sides and salads and
We had heard a lot about this place and so left it until the very end before we went there and it was SO WORTH THE WAIT!The chips come in little metal basket which was really quirky and we ordered loads of food as we thought the portions would be small. How wrong were we!We literally struggled to down all our food and the cocktails were SO STRONG that just sent us to bed for an early nightIt reminds me of a Hard Rock Diner... which I also love. Def going to eat here when I return!

We only stopped for cocktails and they were great. They serve Cava by the glass which makes a change as almost everywhere else you need to buy a jug. It's in a lovely location in Dalt Villa, a great spot to watch people going by. seating is bean bags and pouffes covering the steps so may not be suitable if you have trouble getting up and down off the floor.

This is the place for mojitos. They come in plain, strawberry, mango, passion fruit and spicey. Everything is delicious. It is very tiny and you can sit outside and people watch or go into the dark side. No other mojito comes close!

The restaurant's menu is Mediterranean-Asian style and combines seafood as a specialty, while the other is Japanese Teppanyaki, boasting some of the freshest sushi and sashimi on the beach. Eat in the stylish surroundings of the restaurant, on the terrace
Really loved this place. Rang up in the morning and booked four sun beds. Ours were in the middle and nearest to the sea which was the prime spot. Very quite and relaxing up until about 3pm when the music started kicking off. Started off softly but got cranked up each hour which was fine.Had a fantastic meal in the restaurant. Very wide and varied choice and everything hit the spot very fresh and presentation and service were superb. Yes it is pricey but on a par with every other beach bar like this in Ibiza. Liked the extra touch of the security around the sun beds as you were not worried about leaving your stuff lying around. Will be back thank you.
