Reviews on Indian food in Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain. Palma, the economic and cultural hub of Majorca, is a delightful base for exploring the island's many gold and white beaches. A former Moorish casbah, or walled city, Palma's Old Town is an appealing maze of narrow streets that are a delight to explore on foot. Hop on the Soller Railway for a 17-mile scenic trip, visit 14th-century Bellver Castle and the museum of contemporary art, and check out the nightlife.

What can I say. The warmest of welcomes from the owners daughter. The dad is the chef. There is free WiFi & they cater for children. You can sit inside the restaurant or outside in one of their two outdoor terraces. The food was delicious, there is a good selection of starters, ours were fresh & hot, no fatty bits of meat in the samosa or lamb starter. Our mains were delicious, nice white tender pieces of chicken in our curries & the sauces so tasty. I opted for a chilli & garlic naan, very spicy as I like it. Good selection of drinks both alcoholic & non alcoholic. We sat outside, on the footpath terrace, great for people watching & the view overlooking the sea is fantastic. Beware if there is a smoker near you and the wind is in your direction. They have a more fast food type plate that also sells kebabs in Can Pastilla.Would I go back, definitely. Would I recommend it, absolutely.

Very good menu choice with many options, even standard choices can be tweaked to suit how hot/spicy you want a dish. Very friendly, helpful service to guide you through the menu. The food was very good and all seven of our party all got different dishes to suit their tastes.A very enjoyable visit.

Stylish restaurant in a beautiful corner building in Santa Catalina. Shahin the proprietor/chef is rightly proud of his cooking. No pre made sauces, no food colourings, no cream, this is Indian home cooking to a high degree. There is no menu, just a selection of differently priced set menus which vary from day to day. Four of us went at lunchtime and went for the menu del dÃa at â¬16.50, we paid an extra one euro to change the plain nan to Peshawari. First course, pumpkin flower (from his organic allotment) pakora and mixed vegetable bhaajis. Served with a green salad with a wonderful spicy tamarind dressing. Perfect batter, crisp bhaajis, very tasty. Second course tandoori chicken legs and beef kofta kebabs. No red colour, gorgeous herby smoky flavour. Served with two delicious naans Third course you choose between chicken, venison, beef or dhal. On the dearer menus you can mix them up but on menu del dÃa everyone has the same. We went for chicken, this day it was chicken korma. A delicious mild curry with almonds it bore no resemblance to the creamy slop we get in UK. The pilau rice was wonderful. No colouring but my, the flavour! Good enough to eat on its own. We got water and a bottle of red wine included. Fabulous food and an absolute bargain. Itâs rated number two Indian in Palma. Iâve been to the number one and itâs a joke. This place is world class and if you appreciate good food Iâd urge you to go.

We decided to try some Indian food since we have been dining on fish for the past two weeks. He was extremely helpful in assisting us in planning our meal.He also accommodated us in changing the set menu to meet our needs. The food and the service was first class. Thanks for such a wonderful dining experience.Roy and Kay from Canada.
