This was our third visit to Salvia but our first as overnight guests. In the past 5 years we have experienced the intimate dining experience afforded by Salvia and delivered by a caring team of dedicated professionals and though I could praise each individual dish, this has already been aptly covered by other visitors, suffice it to say that travelling from our base in Camp de Mar to rest in one of this beautifully kept mansion House rooms afforded us the perfect celebration of Marion's birthday. We were a group of 6, and all of us were pleased with the food. I had the octopus which looked and tasted great, and the delicious nutella chessecake.The views of the sea and the light breeze completed the experience.Definitely recommand it!

On our recent trip to Mallorca, we ate here twice, we was advised to go there from tourist information, so glad we did. Beef strogganoff was the best i have ever had so much so i had it on the second visit, my brother had the strawberry cheesecake and again the best ever, so much so we got tips from the chef how to make it and the strogganoff. The staff and owner are so friendly, well worth a visit or 2 Thank you for taking the time to write your review. It was a pleasure to meet you, I'm glad they sent you here. Fantastic sushi restaurant. Great menu choices, open kitchen so you can see everything is made with care and attention. Visited twice and enjoyed the sushi platter, sashimi and tuna tartare are absolute stand outs.Very small, intimate and popular restaurant - book ahead. Setting is lovely to watch the sun set. Great service from friendly, knowledgeable staff.
