Pros - Very good all inclusive hotels one of best we have stayed at in Spain so far. the food is good wide variety , Al a cart was very nice and the snack bar great too. We had a junior suite with 7 and. 2 year old lots of space rooms cleaned everyday, fridge in room -very handy and free pool towels! Robes and slippers provided nice . It is a very clean hotel the grounds are beautiful well maintained. Beach very close and really nice. Evening entertainment very good are favourite was Brazil night and mini disco. Jet 2 rep with blonde hair and glasses was super helpful and friendly nothing to much trouble. Cons - access to splash park is very difficult with a buggy you have to go over a rocky muddy hill and carry the buggy up the steps and you can’t gain access via the revolving door -you have to wait for bar staff to let you in who are very grumpy as they are busy. They should build a bridge and a wide door for family/disability access. Dinner time is late -19.30pm with children is such a long time to wait after a busy day - we never went the snack bar as access to the splash park was so difficult with are children we just hung around till dinner opened. Older Bar staff -2 lady’s and man at the main pool/bar are super grumpy very unfriendly and actually put me off ordering a drink. Other than that very good hotel would recommend to others .

We booked direct with the hotel and stayed in a Pool view suite on the 3rd floor, half board for one week. The hotel is a 20 min tf from Reus airport. There is a small amount of free car parking (approx 10 spaces) at the front of the the hotel inc 2 Blue Badge spaces - but this car park is always full. The alternatives are to either pay 10 euros per day on the hotel's other car park at the side of the hotel or park on the street. Street parking near to the hotel is hit and miss and has to be paid for from 1.6 to 30.9. The hotel is served by a very good bus service with stops right outside to Cambrils and Salou. The hotel is located approx half way between the two. The staff are helpful and friendly, especially on Reception. We requested and were given a room on a high floor - the hotel is not high rise but we were on the top floor (3rd). The suite was spacious, modern and very clean. There was a small fridge (foc), safe (foc), kettle and coffee maker. We had a long balcony with a fab view of the pool area and beach/sea. You will have a totally different holiday if you have a room on the beach side of the hotel compared to the other sides which look out on either the car park or street at the front of the hotel. The food is good, lots of choice and tasty. The bar drinks are cheap compared to UK prices and not the normal inflated hotel prices. There is a pool snack bar but we didn't use this. The hotel entertainment in the evening is of a reasonable quality. I would only have a small number of items that I would say were negatives: The pool was very cold, the pool towel process is OTT - you have to pay a 10 euro deposit for a towel which you get refunded at the end of your holiday but pay 1 euro if you want a clean towel which is not refunded, the hotel has rules in place that it does not enforce such as men to wear long trousers in the dining room for dinner, no reserving sunbeds with towels - it should either mean this and enforce them or remove the notices, they have a problem with bird droppings around one side of the pool area where there are trees - they wash the whole pool area every morning though, I believe that the bird situation prevent them having outdoor dining so they have a conservatory area but this is fairly bland to dine in with no character, plants, colour etc. I would not recommend this hotel for families with older children as there is very little for them at the hotel or in Cambrils. However, that said we had a lovely holiday and would definitely stay again.

I stayed in hotel (half board) in May for 7 nights with my daughter. Food was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Loved the way you can keep your bottle of wine in the cooler for the next evenings meal. Swimming pool life guard was the best I've ever seen. He was friendly and courteous at all times. He ensured sun beds were not hogged for the day by people who left towels on them and left for hours. Thank you Senor life guard. Other hotels and apartments should take note of this. Location was excellent with regular bus service to Cambrils, Salou, Tarragona and airport. Rooms were spacious and airy. Plenty of hot water at all times. The only small complaint I have is, hairdryer needs to be thoroughly cleaned to remove the sticky residue from sun lotion/after sun cream. I enjoyed my stay with you and am booked to return in October with my friend for 4 nights. Well done Hotel Augustus.

An holiday village between the mountains and the sea, bordering the Bonmont golf course. A 400 m² water park, which is heated to suit the weather conditions, and has a counter-current. Entertainment for all and free summer clubs for children aged 4-17. Sample Mediterranean dishes and enjoy the restaurant's shady terrace at lunchtime and dinnertime, or head to the bar for a drink. Our mini-market will come in handy for anything you've forgotten to bring.
Great place at a great price, wish they could speak better English. We couldn't get any good tips regarding restaurants suitable for the kids, asked for info regarding hiking locations, it seemed the receptionist was not knowledgeable about this thing, even though I speak Spanish. Other than that the place is great for its' price range.

From the reception onwards we were most impressed by this hotel. The staff on the desk were efficient and could not be more helpful, advising us on the underground parking which was a little cramped for our rather large car. Our room on the 1st floor was spacious and very clean and the bed was very comfortable. A large shower cubicle but the floor tiles were a bit slippery after the shower had been used. The heating in the room was easily adjustable which is not always the case. The restaurant next door which is owned by the hotel was not open on a Sunday but a menu was available for hotel guests in the bar in the evening. The food was very acceptable and reasonably priced. Breakfast was served in the bar and provided a very varied selection including fresh fruit. So good to have a decent coffee served to you instead of a serve yourself machine as so many hotels do.

The Hotel Centre Reus Is a small 3* hotel located in the city's old area, looking directly onto the Priory Church of Saint Peter. The hotel, which has 20 rooms, automated reception and parking facilities 100 m away, was created with a view to combining the concepts of inner-city tourism and the essence of local things. The hotel boasts an elaborate decoration, conceived to ensure that visitors enjoy their visit in the heart of the city in the greatest comfort and peace and quiet.
This hotel is in a great location for the centre of town but unfortunately that makes it noisy sometimes with lots of activities in local bars and restaurants well into the night. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds are huge and comfortable. Bathroom is great with lovely overhead shower but no bath. Reception is manned through the day until 11 at night and staff are friendly and helpful. The reception area is small and seems to have been updated from some of the photos on here. On the first floor there is a useful area with a snacks/drinks machine, microwave and ironing facilities. Rooms have a fridge and a coffee machine although the only free drinks were a bottle of water on arrival. There is plenty of storage space and a safe is provided in the room. The hotel kindly allowed us to leave our luggage both before and after checking in/out. Although the storage area wasn't locked the area was supervised so we had no security concerns. Breakfast is served over a long period in the cafe downstairs but during the last hour there is not much left and we certainly didn't see the quantities shown in the breakfast photo. It was adequate but I would not have paid to eat there if breakfast had not been included in the tarriff. Overall we were very happy with the hotel and thought it was good value for money

Centrally located in beautiful Reus, Catalonia, the NH Ciutat de Reus hotel is the perfect place to launch your Mediterranean journey.
I spent 5 nights in NH hotel , we were guests of Pintaluba Company and all day long we were outside of hotel but about afternoon almost we were coming back to hotel . all the staff were friendly , sleep quality was good strangely ( I didnt know but I sleep very well at nights) , this hotel in nearby the biggest shopping mall in Reus , and you can walk all around the hotel by walk , cuz Reus is very small city , room size was good i think it was standard ,Everything you see in the hotel photos here is exactly the same, house keeping was good and clean , Breakfast was medium like other places and hotels in Europe 4 star hotels , but the restaurant was not good and it could be better . finally and cant find negative point for this hotel but pay attention it is 4star hotel not more .

We stayed in a ground floor sea view apartment which was lovely. Right on the beach front! No road noise from there. We did have to cross the road to get to reception / pool / breakfast etc but no issues, big zebra crossing there. Hotel itself had a little wear and tear/basic in some senses but nothing major. Breakfast option was 14EUR for a buffet but that was a bit basic (some meats / cheese etc but not much if you were a vegetarian for example, usual fry up, some cereals and breads etc). Room was two single beds we pushed together but not particularly comfortable. We did ask at reception and they gave us some double sheets which was nice. Area was mainly hotels and although there were some British/Irish pubs it did seem to be a more "local" area which was nice; i.e. more traditional Spanish menus etc. Supermarket opposite was handy (think it's closing time was 10pm; there was a smaller one in the direction of Salou open later)

The Voramar complex is ideal for the whole family, located in a quiet area 50 metres from the beach. Pool, Miniclub, daily entertainment, children’s play park. The best beach holidays in Cambrils. It has large, well-lit apartments, all facing outside and with large terraces.
The hotel provides good service including full board and bike rentals. Rooms are fine. Food is tasty and various (for lunch and dinner). There is always variety of fruits. The main confusion is about the 'late checkout' - there is no formal information about the cost of it, and if you want to stay just for 2 more hours you have to pay 8 hours extra - which is not fair at all. The hot water system in the hotel is a joke - especially when showering a child - the water temperature fluctuates from chilly cold to burning hot every 3 seconds and you cannot adjust the tap to have any even temperature. It is the same as was two years ago during previous stay. Providing porridge for breakfast would also be highly estimated by Russian guests.
