Von aussen eher unscheinbar, entpuppt sich die Gaststube als gepflegtes Lokal mit Ambiente. Grosse Auswahl an Speisen, die nicht nur schön präsentiert werden, sondern auch ausgezeichnet schmecken. Empfehlenswert sind u.a. die Wildgerichte. Freundliche Bedienung, faire Preise.

Schöner gemütlicher Biergarten der zum entspannen einlädt .Perfekter Stellplatz für unsere E bikes so hatten wir sie immer im Auge .wurden freundlich bedient .Speisekarte Top hier findet jeder etwas .Für den groÃen Hunger und kleinen Hunger .Vom Schnitzel bis zur Currywurst ,Kaffee und Kuchen Eis leckere kalte Getränke wie z.b Distelhäuser Bier und Rharbarberschorle .Preise völlig okay

Spent 2 nights here. The room was comfortable. Buffet breakfast very good & well presented. Dinner excellent value. My only criticism is that WiFi in room unsatisfactory. Had to go to restaurant to go online.

Found this small hole-in-the-wall restaurant by accident, largely because nothing was open on Sunday night. Very friendly owner who spoke good english and had a great sense of humor. We ordered both types of schnitzel, spaetzel, and a brat. All were very good, but the spaetzel and brat were unbelievably good. The salads were also very good and had fascinating potato and radish salads on top of the greens. Excellent. Glad we found it and would recommend to anyone.

On a bike trip. Stayed the night. Had dinner on the patio that is located in a quiet private courtyard. Food is good value with basic German cuisine. Very very well prepared

It's a restaurant located directly in the local beer factory, Distelhauser. The atmosphere is quite interesting. While you drink the beer, you can see boxes of beer waiting for packaging and transportation. In the restaurant, they also have dishes cooked with their beer. And of course you should try the beer, even the non-alcohol version!

The waitress was really friendly and even if she did not speak english made her best to translate the menu for us. Food was above every expectation.
