One thing to know about Crailsheim is that very few restaurants open on Mondays. Our group walked for a while looking to find somewhere that would be open and stumbled into Acanto. We were very pleasantly surprised! Sat on the patio, which is quite large. I ordered, strange choice in germany, but they had this curry salmon stew and it was really really great. Delicious preparation. I recall everyone enjoyed their food, but I was particularly impressed, I've just never had anything like that. I recall prices were a little higher than other places we went but still fairly reasonable. Great service, we really liked our waiter.

I ate dinner here by myself out on the patio. I had a grilled meat plate (gyros, lamb, pork skewer, liver) with rice and tzatziki and a mixed green salad. Everything was great, but I must say every meat was cooked to perfection. And of course as it is custom in Greek restaurants, you get an ouzo before and after dinner! If I'm back in town, I'll be back at Mythos to dine for sure!

Visited with a larger work party and service didn't start well with a very unhappy looking waiter, who looked more disappointed with our arrival than happy for the custom. Drinks orders were only taken when we reminded them we wanted a drink, and service continued in a similar poor way throughout our meal. So food arrived and some were actually very good, but those in our party wanting well done food couldn't be accommodated even after sending back more than once. So I'll repeat again that some of our parties food was very good, but the lack of attentiveness to produce the food others in our party requested was extremely frustrating. I would not revisit.
