My girlfriend and I visited today, as a recommendation to try the Black Forrest gateaux, personally Iâm not fluent German but I understand a little, my girlfriend is from the Black Forrest and German is her native language.We sat down and our order was taken, a lemon iced tea, a latte macchiato and a slice of Black Forest gateaux, a couple of minutes later the waitress came to tell us that there was no lemon iced tea, which was fine so we changed that to a normal iced tea. A few minutes later our drinks arrived, no gateaux, we waited at least 10 minutes and still no cake. This is where the service really gets poor, we tell the waitress that we are still to get our cake, and were told we hadnât ordered one, but one would be brought out shortly, another 15 minutes and still no cake, so then we go in to pay the bill and weâre told the waitress would be out, 10 minutes later still no cake still no bill. In the end I went in and insisted on paying the bill just to get out of there. Such a shame, place looks like it would be nice if the service was better.

...ist hier die Einrichtung und das Personal. Wir wurden zwar freundlich bedient, jedoch mussten wir den Kaffee zwei Mal bestellen und bis dieser endlich kam, war die Torte - welche im Ãbrigen gar nichts besonderes war - fast gegessen. Das Lokal war zu diesem Zeitpunkt kaum besucht. Aufgrund einer Veranstaltung im angrenzenden Saal konnte zudem lediglich Schnitzel / Pommes, Salat vom Buffet oder Torten bestellt werden.

Extremely slow. 20 min you just sit. 15 min you wait for a drink, after 50 min you get a salad... You need to schedule 3 hours for the "restaurant".
