We had a perfect dinner for two here this week. Exquisite and creative culinary creations served by a very professional and friendly service team. As it was a very late dinner, we decided to go for a four-course dinner selected from the eight-courses tasting menu, and all accompanying wine-pairing recommendations for one person. The amazing experience started even before we had a peek at the menu. We were served the first and very delicious "kitchen greeting" of fish in a "fish-n-chips" gourmet style. There was a second and also very yummy kitchen greeting, and a delicious selection of breads. All courses were perfectly executed, and my personal highlights were the "foie gras n peach" and the turbot filet coupled with an incredibly delicious essence. Wine lovers will be delighted to find a very comprehensive list of wines, including a wide selection of premium German winemakers.

Typical for the Dalmatian cuisine in Croatia are the diverse fish specialties of wolfs perch and gold bream over dragon head up to the sole. Apart from grilled fish and a fish soup, seafood can not be missed on the menu by the chef Olaf Ille. But also mea
What a find. This Hotel is fantastic. Bedroom was beautiful and clean with modern almost Scandinavian design. Art mixed with crystal chandeliers. It seems like a lot of thought has been put into decorating this lovely hotel.Owners spoke English which was a bonus. Close to Hockenheimring as here on DTM business and extremely quiet so we got a good night's sleep. The restaurant was also lovely, excellent food, wine and service. Highly recommended. Thanks for your review. Thank you for recognizing that we are a hotel with a heart and our employees are with heart at the job.

We were defeated by the crowds at our first attempt to get close on a warm summer's evening but managed to get in for lunch a couple of days later. Strangely we found no disabled parking bays in the vicinity. The setting by the river is lovely, and the place was deservedly busy with people having a good time. The food was good- typical German- and the service especially friendly.

The Lowen is in Reilingen and serves excellent German food. Went there with a couple of colleagues and had a great time enjoying the great food, wine and personal service from the owner. The interior of the establishment is done up like a museum which compliment the excellent ambiance of the whole dining experience We ordered their seasonal special, Pumpkin Soup and Fillet Steak with Wild Mushrooms. The Pumpkin Soup was the best I have ever tasted and the Steak cooked to perfection. One word of caution, they do not accept American Express but do accept Visa..Definitely a restaurant that I will return when I am next back in the area.Their web site can be found at http://www.loewen-reilingen.de/

A bright modern restaurant with inside and outside seating. Although it is in the Main Street it didnât fell touristy (menu only in German). The food was very good, with many typical local dishes.
We have come here many times, and enjoy celebrating special occasions. It is a lovely little place, with a cozy outdoor lounge and garden in the back. The food is very good, mainly traditional German food, but they also have a great burger on the menue. Prices are reasonable, and if you can't make it home after dinner anymore, they have several hotel rooms upstairs! We had family stay there and they loved the rooms and the hearty, fresh breakfast in the morning.

Et Cetera started many years ago as a small cafe/bistro. Over the years, they expanded their space and their offerings at the same time. Now, they have a full menue, large breakfasts and still offer the same great location, perfect for watching people go by. Unless you are a really big eater, two people can easily share a breakfast. Everything was delicious.

Whilst attending a motor racing weekend at the Hockenheimring five of us went out for dinner on two consecutive nights. On Thursday night we got in without too much difficulty at 7.30 pm but on the Friday we started at 7 pm, notwithstanding the earlier start, the place was absolutely packed and it took 3 hours plus before we were served and finished our meal. We could not even get a reservation for the Saturday night! The Italian food is really rather good, without being fabulous, but the portions are vast. I would caution against having a starter if you are a fan of desserts. I had a small anti pasto to start and a smaller sized pizza on the first night and certainly could not finish it. On the second night the spaghetti bolognese was really very good and a reasonable sized portion to boot. This spot is extremely popular with the motor racing teams and fans alike. Pre booking Friday-Saturday is absolutely essential (and usually at least 24 hours in advance). It is such a shame that on very busy weekends the staff just cannot cope within a reasonable time frame. Nevertheless, I recommend that it be tried. Other options in Hockenheim are not exactly plentiful.

on our way from Frankfurt to Stuttgart we stopped here. The stuff is very helpful, there is no menu in english but the waiter helped us in understanding the dishes. The food is very good and also the beer (that goes without saying).

Regional, handcrafted Food made with passion. Famous for the scenic Location and the very friendly staff. A seasonal Farm-Store of this Asparagus-, Strawberry- and Raspberry Farm and a high rated Guesthouse are completing the valuable offer.
This restaurant is very rural, in the middle of farm land. Think farm-to-table but on a larger scale. The food was fresh and creative. Friendly beer-garden atmosphere with very attentive service and fair pricing. Truly a fun and memorable place!!
