Reviewed By GitteDyrhagenI called Hotel Badehoff in July 2020 to make a booking. The reception made a reservation at a different “sister” hotel Aqualux, since Badehof was apparently closed, although I did not find this information on their website. I specifically asked if it was the same hotel premises and restaurant, which the reception confirmed. Once we arrived at Aqualux, it was an outrun hotel, and was no way near a 4-star boutique hotel, which we expected. Poor customer service and information on their website.

Disappointing experience, not 4-star hotel
Reviewed By GitteDyrhagenWhile the hotel has nice, newly decorated rooms, it did not live up to our expectation of a 4-star boutique hotel, based on the pictures from the website. It is a rather outrun hotel, which has renovated rooms, but still has the atmosphere of a 70’s hotel. The restaurant only served a fixed, ordinary 3-course menu for dinner. Breakfast menu was fine. The wellness area was completely empty. We had the two pools for ourselves, but it felt like a closed area. All in all, OK rooms and breakfast, and nice pools, but a very overpriced hotel, which was disappointing, and not 4-star experience at all.

DAS HOTEL PARADIES Das Wohlfühl-Hotel, idyllisch, direkt am Kurpark und zentrumsnah zwischen Rhön und Vogelsberg gelegen. Das Haus wurde 2015 komplett neu restauriert und stilvoll modernisiert. Wir verfügen über Einzelzimmer, Doppelzimmer mit Dusche und WC sowie Apartments und Ferienwohnungen. Die Apartments sind mit separaten Schlafräumen und Tageslichtbäder mit Dusche und WC ausgestattet. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet steht ihnen jeden Morgen zu Ihrem Arrangement zur Verfügung. Feierlichkeiten aller Art können bei uns im Haus oder als Catering ab 20 Personen gebucht werden. Im Restaurant können bis zu 70 Personen Platz nehmen. Bei schönem Wetter im Vorgarten ca. 30 Personen. Auf unserer sonnigen Terrasse oder Balkon können sie auf unseren gemütlichen Liegestühlen mit schönem Ausblick die Seele baumeln lassen.

Reviewed By mailichtblickDas Zimmer war sauber und mit einen Einzelbett ausgestattet und war sauber. Das Bad war ebenfalls sauber und es gab eine kleine Auswahl an Amenitys. Leider gab es Duschgel nur aus einer Plastiktüte Portioniert. Das W-Lan war sehr langsam. Da ich aber dort nur zum Schlafen dort war, war mir das egal, dafür war der Handyempfang gut. Es gab einen kostenlosen Parkplatz der aber ziemlich eng ist, also bei größeren Fahrzeugen wird es schon eng. Das Personal war freundlich und die Auswahl zum Frühstück für ein so kleines Hotel war gut inkl. frisch zubereitetem Rührei.

Not My Best Idea! Would not stay here again.
Reviewed By Sarah RStayed in Room 15...Please avoid this room. Staff was friendly. The room floors are sagging as well as the floor in the bathroom. Mold in the shower. Bathroom floor dirty. Needs serious renovation. WiFi was spotty. Hallway had an old doll in a pram..thought I might be in a horror movie.Creepy!

Reviewed By lippholz55Wir wurden sehr zuvor komment in Empfang genommen. Das Gepäck wurde mit aufs Zimmer gebracht. Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Personal freundlich. Einfaches und gutes Frühstück. Keine Aufbackbrötchen. Rührei auf wunsch gemacht

Allemand uniquement + n'attendez pas un hôtel
Reviewed By M4R13vdbJ'ai réservé une cure Nouvelle Énergie, en solo, sur le site spadreams.fr Ils annonçaient que le personnel parlait allemand et anglais. C'est faux. Personne ne parle anglais. Et tous les documents, signalisations sont exclusivement en allemand. Je deconseille à quiconque ne parle pas allemand. La chambre solo est propre, mais spartiate. N'attendez pas les prestations d'un hôtel : c'est une clinique. Pas de shampoing ou gel douche dans la salle de bain, pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de mini bar... Les repas (buffet) sont aussi spartiates que le reste. Pas de choix (plat imposé), et horaires très restreints : petit déjeuner de 7h15 à 8h15, déjeuner de 12h à 13h, et souper de 17h30 à 18h30. Bref, expérience surprenante. J'avais des rdv prévus avec un médecin et un psy prévus dans le package, mais ne parlant pas la même langue, c'est compliqué. Pareil pour les exercices de relaxation /méditation guidée. Ceci dit, les prestations offertes pour le prix demandé sont très correctes. Il faut juste parler allemand et ne pas s'attendre à un hôtel.

Reviewed By GonzoHagenZimmer aus den frühen 70 er, Badezimmer eher noch älter. Durchgelegene Matratze, kaputtes Fenster. Auf die Frage, wo es das Frühstück gibt, wurde mir gesagt, das gebe es in der Fachklinik, ca 100 m entfernt. Das Frühstück war eher ein Witz. Kaffeemaschine defekt, harte Brötchen, nur Honig. Ich bin dann in eine Bäckerei gegangen. Diese hotel ist ehe mangelhaft. Gebucht über HRS , das Hotel wurde als Tomesa Gesundheitszentrum angeboten.
