Reviewed By 372JanT372I see there are a lot of positive comments on this Hotel, specially from businesspeople. I share there appreciation for the kindness of the people at the reception. Also the food was okay (a little more due to the quantity than to the quality, but still ...). The hotel itself is ‘stile seventies’ wit thick carpets and a lot of plastic ‘gold’in the bathroom. You like it or you don’t. But what explains our poor rating is the ‘third bed’ we had ordered for our 13-years old grandchild. It was simply horrible. A matelass not thicker than a sponge, noisy everithime you moved a bit, and the sheet cracked in severall places. Hygiene: zero. Our bed was good, apart from an also cracked pillow where the filling came out. We just throwed it aside. Maybe we were a little unlucky, but to be honest: this was the worst hotel expericene we had in years. Let’s hope we where that one exception.

Reviewed By Peter JThe Hotel Ziegelruh is characterized by a very friendly service. The sauna in the room is fantastic and we had a beautiful, spacious room. We had booked a full package that had two 5 course menus that were delicious. The spa is well equipped and the treatments were very pleasent.

Reviewed By Jörg LWir waren von Stuttgart nach München unterwegs und haben in diesem Hotel eine Nacht verbracht. Der Wirt ist sehr sympatisch und hilfsbereit, das Hotel ist gepflegt und sauber. Insgesamt Eindruck für mich und meine Frau SEHR GUT! Das Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen und einfach und gut.

Worst hotel
Reviewed By 357andaaAfter a long way, we tried to book a room, the only one who has someting available was this hotel. We call to check in early at 7am. First, we had nowhere to park our car and they said on website and tru the phone they have free parking spaces, we parked on their parking places for food delivery cars (the guy from reception allowed us) and we wake up with a notice that we parked on a privat place. We paid €75 for one day, double room. Double bed but just one pillow. Breakfast included? No way, he gave us one slice of cheese to share, 3 slices of salami and some bread for €15. Maybe they have a good restaurant(i don t know), but for sure they have the worst rooms and costumer service.
