We stopped off here for an ice cream and a couple of lattes. The waitress was friendly and helpful. We didn't have anything to eat so cannot comment on this. My daughter however, did have an ice cream and later a hot chocolate. We've had ice cream and drinks in various places in the square and this was by far the most reasonably priced. We popped inside to visit the loo and the interior is quite 'Austrian' as you'd expect but did look a little jaded. I would definitely visit again though if I was needing another latte!

The stylish Skylounge inspires with the culinary offer and the grandiose view of the breathtakingly beautiful mountains. Let yourself be inspired and motivated and enjoy the pleasant ambience to start a new, active day. Pleasures of the delicacies are the
This place looks a bit odd from the outside compared to other buildings in St Johann but skylounge is really worth a visit. We went twice, both times for a drink so canât comment on the food but it smelled good.Relaxed atmosphere and fabulous views. Thereâs an outside terrace and indoors you can see all round too. Huge drinks selection. Prices reasonable. Access is via a lift and there is a disabled loo too.
The bar is a hidden treasure in St. Johann. Very nice interior. The employees are extremely friendly with a very good and friendly service. I did not eat but overheard the great comment from the table next to me. Will be back for sure to try the cuisine

Superb restaurant set in a woodland clearing with wonderful views. A real traditional Austrian treat. Excellent English spoken which helped with a mainly German menu. Fantastic food with a great choice of venison - roe deer, red deer and Chamois. Cooked to perfection. They also had one vegetarian dish which I am told was very good. Cannot recommend this place enough. Brilliant apple fritters for pudding. Try it out if in the Sankt Johann area. You will not be disappointed.

Great menu selection. The dining room is cozy with a large old-fashioned furnace right in the room. I had venison, which was delicious. Also great kaiserschmarren (desert).

In wintertime, you can get here only on skis, and are well advised to spend the night. The reason is simple: the culinary and wine offers on the Angerer Alm can simply not be resisted.
We called in here after the O.H. strained his back coming down from the top of the mountain, and he just couldn't ski any more. We were resigned to paying for an expensive rescue for him from the mountain, but decided to have something to eat and drink first. Excellent gulaschsuppe and some wine, but he still wasn't up to skiing the short distance down to the gondola half-way station. We asked for them to order a rescue, but they incredibly kindly took him down to the mid-station without any fuss or having to call out the rescue people. Service way, way, over and above the call, lovely food as well. They were getting ready for dinner service when we were there (ironing table cloths on the table - not something you expect to see half way up a mountain!) - the manageress/owner told us that people walk up to eat there, so I'm certain it's well worth the slog. Highly recommended.

This restaurant is located above the local brewery and owned by them. The views from it and from its balcony are amazing. The menu is simple but good. I would recommend the pretzel and breads and the goulash soup. They have a great selection of beers all brewed onsite. As the dining room is small, you cannot reserve a table, but yes they do reserve a table for locals because the locals come and eat and drink every day!We found the staff to be quiet and efficient and heplful.

I went here with my family during my journey in Kitzbuhel. I found this restaurant thanks to Tripadvisor and itâs been a great surprise! Food is excellent, and service too, in fact we decided to come back the next night. Greetings to the young waitress, so kind and nice! If we come back to Austria, weâll eat here for sure! Greetings From Italy Vielen Dank für Ihre tolle Bewertung, wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut!Wir freuen uns auf Ihren nächsten Besuch bei uns im Haus! Liebe GrüÃe vom Grander Schupf
