The food was not tasty, very simple minestrone soup, the pizza is not cut into pieces, the king prawns are too much salted. The rudeness of the lady waitress was off the charts. On the request to bring the forks to the dishes that are filed, responded rudely. extremely unpleasant impression of the restaurant and the mood was also spoiled!

Our restaurant is situated in the heart of Mondsee. We are mainly serving meditaranean food. All our Dishes are fresh and homemade. Our menu changes seasonaly. Our guestroom offers a modern and fresh atmosphere. We are happy to take your reservation since
The pizzas here are very tasty. The restaurant is a few steps from the central square of Mondsee. As I am vegetarian one main thing for me is how restaurants season dishes. If you have no salami or ham on your pizza, seasoning simply is way more important. I got so often vegetarian pizzas in other places which just tasted unseasoned. But here they do that right. Went definitly already 10+ times here and the food was always great. Once we ordered for take away and accidentially they gave us the wrong boxes (non vegetarian) which we realized back home. They went out of their way to make sure we get the pizzas replaced. Also the staff is friendly and attentive.

Welcome to M. Mediterranean pleasure right next to lake Wolfgang. A NATURAL CUISINE For us our kitchen is passion in a palpable form. Passion for the good and honest things taken from nature. We want to unite these things in our dishes and cast a spell ov
The only negative experience of an otherwise great holiday in Austria. Waitress was not chosen for her intelligence; informed me " the pizzas used to be much bigger" !, brought a glass of white wine when I ordered red, brought my seafood pizza with what looked like catfood on it ( it wasn't - it was tuna, but you know that cheap, flaky, mushy stuff ? ), forgot the order completely when I ordered a second ( small ) carafe, and then the bill was such that I actually thought she had overcharged me by 10 euros. She hadn't - the place just charges about 20% more than most other restaurants. In contrast, Pension Rosam, about 2 minutes walk away from this place the following night, gave excellent service, delicious food, a decent red house wine, and was cheaper. I'm sure the owner of Bar Mediterranea will become a millionaire, but not at my expense.Dear guest, all our guests are important for us and we are always thankful for critics. We are sorry that you had a bad experience at our place and the service didn't meet your expectations. We would have been happy if you had asked for me directly - so that we could have found a solution on the spot. We are a Restaurant which values and strengths are excellent quality (homemade pizzas, fresh ingredients, regional products), high quality wine and good service. Our Price Performance Ratio is more than fair compared to equal restaurants in our region. If I would ever become a milionair, I would still be pleased and happy to take care of all my guests as it is my passion.Nice greetings from St. Gilgen

This small restaurant with a tiny kitchen, nonetheless turns out consistently good innovative dishes. This not a typical Austrian schnitzel cuisine, but specialises in Spanish tapas, good lake fish and excellent steak tartar. On all the occasions that we have visited this restaurant we have never been disappointed with the food. The service lacks a friendly approach, but nonetheless is efficient. The prices are reasonable and overall this is a good safe good value restaurant where one doesn't have to wait and wait for meals to arrive. I doubt you will be disappointed and the fact that we frequently return, speaks for itself

We stopped in on a Saturday night after exploring the area all day. We didn't have a reservation but were seated promptly anyway. We ordered two pizzas, one vegetarian and the other a margherita. Both were delicious. My husband talked about how good the pizza was here for the rest of our trip to Austria! The only small glitch was that a salad we ordered never arrived at our table, but they removed it from the bill so it's all good.

With a stunning view across the Fuschl lake, the setting of Das See could not be any better. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets while having a nice drink and some of the chef's specialities. Das See is also the perfect spot for having Sunday brunch, offering a 5-
Good location with nice view on the lake but unacceptable quality of food. Good for a drink but that's about it.Lieber Klaus, es tut uns leid, wenn etwas nicht gepasst hat. Wir servieren jeden Tag mehr als 50 Essen und haben sehr viel positives Feedback. Würden uns freuen, wenn du es nochmals versuchst.

Nothing outstanding nor amazing with the food though .So why is this early booking required ?Simply because you must sit there for sunset, and then may be continue with dinner. We had coffees, cakes and pizza. All was good as expected and the prices were not cheap nor expensive (as usual around 4 Euros for coffee, cakes, 8 for pizzas) but then you have to pay for the view which is truly exceptional at sunset. You can sit inside when the weather is bad but otherwise you must sit outside and just enjoy the last minutes of the day...At dinner hour, as I wrote the place is fully packed ...Last thing, the service is irreproachable. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is that on the menu my apfelstrudel was written to be served with whipped cream and ice cream which I was asked to confirm...But then I was billed for the ice cream ... around 2 euros ... not critical ... but still disappointing ...I have attached a few pictures ... Hope they'll help
