The best raclette place Iâve ever been !! Big , rich portions. Great tapas and starter menu. Our raclette set was made of: melting raclette, salad, young potatoes, bread and grilled vegetables. Fantastic wine menu. And the service - absolutely professional and nice. Extremely kind Slovakian waitress! I highly recommend this restaurant Dear Maddpariss, thank you very much for your review. We are very pleased that you had a great time at our restaurant and will forward your compliments to our team.Thank you for your recommendation!Best regardsFamily Grüner

Very tasty food, good size portions, reasonable prices. We tried the ribs, the hamburgers and the pizza and would mostly recommend the burgers and the ribs. Service is not really professional. The waiter did not know to answer some of our questions and there was a mistake (quickly fixed) on one of our orders.

The place is located in the Apartment Hotel Castello Falkner and part of the restaurant shares the same premises, where breakfast is served. Therefore ambience suffers from this. The main factor which annoys â is service. It is very average (or below average on the world scale). But on the other hand side â almost in all skiing places (and Iâve visited many of those in Austria) the service is kind of a matter of luck. In many places you can see running and tired personnel who donât have enough energy to smile or explain something to the guests. So on Austrian scale â service was above average, but not good (we were met with strange attitude and etc.).The food here is very good. We had the flank steak, which was amazing. Sides â mushrooms, vegetables and potatoes â outstanding. Meat was grilled perfectly to our taste. The beef bouillon â clear and great (not over-salted, which is quite common in Austria). Prices â are the same as in similar places. So, overall, Iâd say a place is good choice in case you are ready not to judge too hard the service (and in case you do â I think Austria and skiing places are rather to be skipped).
