Ate here on Sunday 22 July. Arrived mid-afternoon having had no lunch, and there was only one waiter serving about eight tables. He tried hard, but simply couldnât provide an efficient service, so our afternoon snack took a lot longer than we had planned. However, the food was excellent. Naturwirt clearly goes to some lengths, and succeeds in bringing natural ingredients which have been well cooked and beautifully seasoned to customersâ plates.Iâd happily return and equally happily recommend it to anyone looking for wholesome food that doesnât cost the earth.

The owner of the establishment was our host, waiter and bartender. What a nice guy! It seemed that many of the patrons were locals. We had the schnitzel and gulash. Really fantastic! Green salads for starters were large and delicious. No room for dessert. There was also a cute little beergarden out front.

We had a had not read any reviews prior to lunching here and were really pleasantly surprised by the warmth of our welcome and the standard of the admittedly simple fare that we wanted after our walk down the valley. The restaurant was full perhaps also because it was a beautiful day !It's a great walk and a definite must do when staying in Leutasch.

Like all local food, everything is heavily greased and buttered. Atmosphere is unique, and the fireplace is lighted. The owner is very kind but the menu is limited... and so is his English. Good to have his 14 years old son around.

Have eaten there 4 times (2 this summer and 2 times at new year some years ago). Excellent place with good food, fantastic people and superb atmosphere. We have felt welcomed every time even though it was busy. This year we traveled with a baby and the staff was so forthcoming, friendly and clearly wanted him to feel at home. To night the atmosphere was cosy, the food fantastic and it was just perfect. I'll recommend their barbecue on Thursdays or just an "ordinary" night to local good food and beer/wine... A very special place.. We'll be back

Everyone will love Plangger! Friendly service, basic, but high quality products (think hams and cheeses with bread), and wonderful beers. Whatâs not to like? Add a cosy interior and trendy, people-watching, exterior and youâre on to a winner! It is busy though, so good luck getting a table - itâs worth it!

Perched on the snow laden mountain side this inn was a welcome sight to behold especially after several kilometres of skiing. Charming friendly Bavarian atmosphere with ummpah music to boot! Lederhosen and Bavarian food and drink options. A popular lunch stop so make sure you get there early. There are large tables which it is no problem sharing. The perfect lunch spot. We went back on a Monday at 1130 but it was not open so really sad

We went here twice in January with friends. We made reservations as it was very popular. The food was superb and the Knodels are divine. The kaiserschmarm was also good. The service wasn't perfect but the place was packed. It didn't spoil the meal. Beer was good.We hired 2 sledges or rodels as the Austrians call them. The 3 km sledge route is brilliant and you just leave them at the bottom when you're finished. The weather was beautiful although the lack of good snow meant the road was a bit icy. Fab family day out.
