Although we didn't try the hot food, we came for coffee and enjoyed an apricot strudel which was wonderful. Lovely environment with extra touches like cross-stitch on the menus and baking tin lampshades, window dressings. Great coffee, with complimentary praline - made here - we will be back. Friendly owner with whom we enjoyed a chat.

I really don't understand these positive ratings for Remise. This is just an ordinary café bar "restaurant".The service is friendly and efficient. For us that meant until 17:00, with the changing of the service. With the new waitress the friendliness dropped, but efficiency stayed. I can understand the critic of one visitor who felt service was just going for the money. The menu is not divers. Mostly toasts. Be aware though, of the tunafish salad, presented as "für den kleinen Hunger". It is not a toast but a real full meal. Order that one, in case you are hungry. The prices are OK for me, and in balance with what is offered. It is of course not "haute cuisine", and that is also not what is to be expected of this café-bar-"restaurant".Remise is a good place to stay. Don't expect to much from it (don't read the other reviews ;) ), and you will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed dinner at this quirky little restaurant in the Gemeindehaus in Bludenz. The menu offers regional food and wine - with a twist. We especially loved the Pumkin Seed Ice Cream with chestnut honey. The food was freshly prepared and the service was super cheerful and efficient. Although a quiet day (Good Friday) there were many locals in the restaurant, always a good sign.

A good choice of tyipical Austrian quisien and also a wide choice of Argentinien steaks. Used by locals, virtually no English spoken.
This lovely mountain restaurant, is well worth a visit, nice bar outside on the sun terrace for food and drinks, live bands on most weekends, In the ski season, the mountain views from the terrace are great, the staff are friendly and happy to serve you food and drinks,

Excellent food with perfect view to the surrounding mountains.
We stopped here for a drink after travelling up on the cable car. Great views... The staff were friendly. We only had a drink here, not feeling we deserved the delicious desserts that we saw being served, as we'd travelled up in the cable car! Highly recommended.

stayed here november 2015. Great classic wood decor. Wonderful service - reception helped us to find hiking nearby, let us borrow ountain bikes for no charge, told us about bike trails along the river to adjacent towns. Restaurant serves delicious food at very reasonable prices compared to U.S.A. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff is truely attentive. Breakfast buffet is exquisite. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!!

The Kohldampf is a traditional Austrian Restaurant with a beautiful beer garden including a children's playground. It is part of the Fohren Center that also contains a big bar, a multifunctional event hall, a Lasertag arena and Bowling hall (everything is
Food was OK. Had hamburger with curry sauce. Beer was disappointing. After a hike up Muttersberg, we were thirsty and hungry. Had the dark beer, it was not very interesting. Rather like Coors or Bud. The wait people were very nice. We are learning that you need to ask for the bill in Austria, they won't bother you and will not intrude with a bill like they do in the U.S.A.Hi. Thanks for your feedback. OK is not good enough for us as far as food is concerned. If 2 "stars" are just because of the beer you didn't like please be informed that we do not produce the beer. It is from the brewery on the other side of the street which has a similar name. Anyway, this brewery produces high quality beer winning several medals (for example 5 times gold DLG at "Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft")So food was ok. you had a good time and staff was good and we get 2 stars for it (our center includes this restaurant, the bar-pub, a bowling center and our lasertag area...) :-) Anyway, hope to see you again. We offer a large range of beer - also international ones like Heineken, Desperados, Corona,... Cheers!

Eaten here a few times and really enjoy our visit. More of a contemporary/newer addition to the slopes as only recently opened. Get busy at lunch time both inside and outside space. Meals we love are the Ceasar salad hands downs, its fantastic, Burgers are yummy to and come with generous helping of chips. Great place for all ages.
