The restaurant is part of the modern, boutique-style, 4-star-superior Hotel Cortisen. You will dine in the garden or on our terrace with scenic views over the lake. Reservations essential!
From the very first first meeting with the owner Roland, we we made to feel very welcome and more like part of the family rather than guests. The hotel is excellent with a variety of sitting areas, a superb restaurant, wonderful views over the lake and very nice relaxation area with a sauna, waterbeds and steam room. Our room was a good size and spotlessly clean. Christmas dinner was wonderful, preceded by drinks on the lawn around a fire and every guest was given an individual present and personally written card. A lovely touch and one that was appreciated by all. Roland and staff are to be commended on running an outstanding hotel that I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending. Nothing was too much trouble and the advice regarding local attractions was much appreciated. Parking is over the road and there is a drop off zone right at the door, where Roland was more than happy to assist with our bags.If you are considering a stay in St. Wolfgang, go no further that Cortisen. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

We had the most wonderful brunch here! The omelets were delectable as was their selection of freshly baked breads. The fruit, vegetables, and juices were very fresh. And the service was amazing! And...the views of Lake Wolfgang...well...itâs beautiful here. Highly recommended!!!!

Ledererhaus is the restaurant at the Sevilla Wolfgangsee Hotel. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. It's a lovely setting overlooking the lake.We made reservations through the hotel; and they gave us the table closest to the lake. I ordered the filet with peppercorn sauce. For sides I had the potatoes au gratin and grilled vegetables. All were delicious. Wish I had some of those au gratin potaotes right now. My husband ordered the ribs with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. He also very much enjoyed his meal. This was one of the two best meals we had during our month in Austria. Wish we had eaten there more than once, but I love to try different places. Toward the end of our meal, we got a show of a rain shower across the lake. We ordered some cognac, and our server moved us inside because she said it might start raining, and this way we could enjoy our after-dinner drinks without getting wet. We sat at the bar and watched the manager and servers have to move people inside because it actually did start raining. They did a great job of mobilizing everyone!Service was very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

We loved this little restaurant which has a total of around 12 tables. They have a small menu which changes every day but each dish is superb. This actually deserves a 4.5 stars. The best place to sit is outside but there are only 4-5 tables there so try to book early. Do try their wines as they appear to excel in this aspect with a focus on good local wines. In fact they were closed the following weekend because they were off to do some wine shopping! If they were open we would have been back.

We only called in here on a rainy day because we had been told they served the best Applestrudle in town. What we had been told was completely correct, a delight stuffed full of tasty apple, spices and raisins, in light flaky pastry, served with a generous portion of cream. Delicious indulgence!

Great soup, steak and chicken with pumpkin paella. Very quick service with waiter speaking excellent English. Special order arranged to accomodate allergies. Close to orchestral performance in town square. Recommended!

We started to go to the White Horse Inn restaurant next door, but saw that there were some tables available here by the water under the trees, so we stopped in and we were so glad we did. Our waiter was very friendly. The view was gorgeous and our lunches were excellent. I got the boiled beef, although I was hesitant because of the name. Boiled beef doesn't sound very appetizing, but I ordered it anyway and I'm glad I did. It was a lot like pot roast that I'm used to. It was very tender. The fried potatoes were so flavorful. I ordered a side salad in case I didn't like my meal, but my meal was so good I didn't really need the salad. My friend had the fried chicken which she said was excellent.I hope to return to Austria someday, and if I do, I may just stay at this hotel. The reviews appear to be very good. I know the restaurant is.Thank you so much for your very kind feedback. Our kitchen crew is very glad about your compliment, also our service staff. It will be a pleasure for us if you stay in our hotel and enjoy some holidays.See you and best regardsFamily Ellmauer & our Seeböcken staff

We visited here on the recommendations of trip advisor and were not disappointed. The restaurant is a typical rustic Austrian chalet with quirky bar stools and a nice atmosphere. We arrived at lunch time and had a drink before we ordered our food. The goulash was lovely with lashings of gravy and an enormous bread dumpling to soak it all up!! We ordered the home made raspberry cake to share which was delicious! The staff were very attentive and efficient. Definitely recommend if you are in the area!!

Welcome to the "GenuÃaufnahmestube"!
There is a decent range of food to choose from and both the entree of buffalo mozzarella and the ribery steak were great.Lovely sitting outside to watch sunset colors changing. The staff were very friendly explaining everything and suggesting wines.Only criticism was that the service and attention was very slow and this with the restaurant well under half full. So, go when you have a couple of hours spare for dinner.Hello Les LandauThanks for your Feedback!Itâs Nice that you enjoyed your stay with us!Of cours my Restaurant is Not made for a quick Snack for half an our of stay! At the moment restaurant closed ! We open again April 2019. Warm meals are served then between 11.00 to 21:00 . Monday and tuesday day-off . Very nice restaurant with good value for your money. The portions are very big and the quality is decent. We have
We went to Franz Josef for lunch and what amazing food I must say! We had the cream of asparagus soup, vegan chilli corn tofu and perch fillet with potatoes and salad. All the dishes were outstanding in taste and portion size. Both the ladies who were serving in the restaurant were extremely kind and always had a smile. We ordered one asparagus soup, so the lady asked us if we both would share it and got it served to us in two separate bowls without us telling to do so. The potatoes served with the fish fillet were lovely and buttery and the sauce was creamy and just what would go down well with fish. Also, not to forget.. they treated our daughter as a very important guest at the restaurant. She was readily given a book to read and a toy to play with. Happy with the overall hospitality. Highly highly recommend this restaurant.
