Sleek Modern Japanese Restaurant featuring traditional Robatayaki, high quality sashimi and cocktail bar.
Dining here is really an experience than just a meal. Beautifully prepared and presented Japanese food, and so enjoyed sitting at the bar seating watching the chefs do their âartâ. The service from the waiting staff recommending dishes, and wine waiterâs knowledge of local wines was professional but also friendly.

Modern Japanese, specialising in binchotan charcoal grill and sushi. Casual and stylish. Part of the Chairman Group (Canberra, Hong Kong), leading restaurant group operating for over 35 years.
Lovely cocktails and atmosphere, and very convenient to the Burbury Hotel. Our table of 4 had the Lilo banquet. The food was very ordinary. The pumpkin and cauliflower were dry and we didn't eat either of them. The steak was salty. We have been before, and enjoyed the food. but for $75 a head, this was not good value. We are sincerely sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience at our restaurant. Also, to guarantee the delivery of a higher standard of our food and service is always our priority and we hope you would come back again. Thanks for your comment.

The entrance to Iori is understated and the restaurant itself is small. Which is probably just as well, because if the outside looked as fantastic as the food or as excellent as the service, the queue would stretch around the block. We had a pre-theatre menu and it was excellent in all respects, including the prompt delivery. Beautifully presented, tasty, generous portions, with service to match. Iori has an excellent atmosphere and is highly recommended.
