I ate here multiple times during my stay. Generally speaking the food we served was good and breakfast was delicious. However there was one time when the food that arrived was a completely different standard to what we had eaten previously and it was disappointing. Hopefully this was a one off as the next trip it was fine. We had one incident where the rest of my table had been served and eaten and my meal was yet to arrive. When i asked about it, i was told it had been accidentally dropped and was being remade. I was waiting for over an hour in the end. While an apology was received, there was no attempt to compensate me. However the meals are yummy, i would recommend ordering a side to go with them. The Bao buns was my favorite meal. The majority of the staff were friendly and nice but there was one in particular who succeeded in letting us know how much of a pain she thought we were. Perhaps she could do with some lessons in customer service.

As we were staying at this hotel for a few days while attending a training course, we ate at this restaurant for breakfast and dinner multiple times. Unfortunately, while the food was delicious, the service was very slow and the staff appeared a bit useless. We learnt on the first night to book a table if there were more than 2 of us, yet we still had to wait for our table to be ready and there was a long wait for food once seated. Eating at 8.30pm is not ideal after a long day. Such a shame because the food really was good.
