Stopped in before heading home after disappointing dinner elsewhere. Excellent service, my chocolate mousse cake was beautiful, one couple shared the affagato which was well received, another couple had the cheesecake which went down a treat, only let down was the sundae. Coffees were great. The main meals being sent out made me envious and wishing we had come here for mains.

This restaurant has the makings for a great night out, great atmosphere, service is good and it was easy enough to get a carpark. Unfortunately, the menu has changed since we last went there and wasn't as appealing. There were a couple of things that are no longer on the menu that were favourites with our family - the men loved the meat platter but that's no longer on the menu, calamari is no longer on the menu. We walked away feeling like we needed to look for another Friday night hang out - I ordered a dish & wasn't sure what it was, they didn't mention on the menu that it had so much rice in it, left disappointed.

I have been to quite a few Lone Stars and always had a great meal with great service. Not this time. Young fella walked over with my plate and said âHere, this is yoursâ . Heâs not cut out for hospitality. Looked like it had been sitting for a while. Wonât return
