Quiet location, with lovely rooms, spacious common areas and a very good breakfast. Very friendly, good place to relax and yet a short walk from great restaurants and shops on Ponsonby road. Highly recommended for those that like homely accommodation rather than hotels.

John is a great host and has restored this home to its former glory and I commend him for saving it from being knocked down for a multi storey modern replacement. In the city's old quarter, it is five mins walk to Queen St and the University. A fantatsic place to stay for those that want genuine heritage.

Marlene and Tony are friendly, warm, kind and caring hosts. The B&B is beautiful from the outside and inside. The interior decor is grand, luxurious and super comfy. The attention to detail is impeccable - iincluding little bowls of chocolate treats.. I stayed in The Cream Room and felt like a queen. The room is luxed up and the bathroom is like a spa retreat.. Loved meeting the fur babies - Pippa the spoodle dog and Louie the cat. They are very friendly and well behaved. The B&B is picture perfect - well maintained and super clean. The garden at the back of the B&B is beautiful and a great place to escape and relax. There is street parking which is convenient and free. The supermarket, restaurants and service stores are an easy 5 minute walk to and from the B&B. I highly recommend the Eden Park Bed & Breakfast. 100% lux experience.

We stayed with Kenny and Karen for 2 nights. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was huge the largest we have ever slept in! A good breakfast selection. Kenny and Karen are great hosts, really friendly and helpful. They have only been running the B&B for 3 weeks and are making a great job of it. We will definitely stay again.

This is an apartment block that's made up of some full time residential units and some that are rented short term. The location is good but its noisy and quite unclean. Scummy showers and dirty carpets are quite disgusting. The people that live permanently in the building aren't very happy with some rooms being rented out short term and therefor come across unfriendly. All in all there are far far better places to stay. We wont be back.

Our 2nd stay here in the last 12 months with our kids. It may not be the youngest motel around, but rooms are clean and comfy, pool looks clean and staff are friendly. There is a great Cafe on site for breakfast and a 5 min walk to pubs and restaurants down the road. We would definitely stay again as value for money it would be hard to beat.
