Have eaten here a few times and it's always been quite good. had one birthday and another just get together here. There isn't many people at the front of the store but around the backyard there is lots happening in the evening. BBQs with lots of koreans eating and having fun. It's a nice little understated venue without bells and whistles and great value. I've only had good experiences here and worth a visit if you're in the area.Hi There Thanks for your review. Since your last visit we have renovated the outdoor BBQ and front section of the shop. If you are in the area please visit us.Regards Hanabi BBQ
Auburn, New South Wales Food Guide: 4 Bar food Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Lidcombe
We were attracted into this inviting looking restaurant by the nice signage and modern looks, but wished we didn't as the food was average at best.We ordered the Yukgaejang, Short Rib Soup, Galbi-Jjim, Haemul Pajeon Kimchi Pork Set, Chicken Katsu Udon and a Spicy Buckwheat Noodles on this occasion to share between the 8 of us. None of the food were exceptional, the service was quite poor and the owners were extremely reluctant on replenishing the side dishes.Overall, a poor experience and we won't be coming back any time soon.
Im local and I love it :) try the Bibimbap (you can't go wrong) and bossam (pork that u wrap in lettuce and kimchi)

The amount of cooked food and raw ingredients available in this restaurant makes this a versatile buffet dining option. Although diners are restricted to sessions of 90 minutes, for obvious reasons, the all-you-can-eat self-service nature makes it perfect for big eaters at $29 per adult on mid-weekdays. Several different cuts of beef and pork plus sausages give meat eaters a good BBQ deal, and there is enough seafood too for alternatives. The tasty cooked food, soup, salads, noodles and rice complement the BBQ well. For desserts there are fruit and ice creams. Each diner is entitled to soft drinks or beer.Service is good, with the waiter regularly changing the charred hot plates to give diners a clean cooking surface. The only downside is the seating arrangement. The tables and chairs are too close together for diners to move through easily without disturbing each other. For a buffet this rather detracts from the fun.
