It is part of the municipality Markopoulo Mesogaias, and it is about 15–20 minutes by car from the International airport of Athens, Eleftherios Venizelos, and about 35–40 minutes from downtown Athens via the highway. In 2011, its population was 9,686. The region of Mesogaia is well known for its fine vineyards, figs, and pistachios. Currently, there are several modern wine-making facilities in the region.

Weâd travelled from the UK and turned up just before midnight on a Sunday with 3 starving kids. The place was still busy and, more importantly, still serving food! Everything was excellent. Really nice pizzas, fresh tasty Greek salads, very cold beer & friendly helpful staff. Reasonable prices too. What more could you want?Highly recommended if ever you happen to find yourself in this neck of the woods.

Went on a Friday evening for dinner, the restaurant was practically empty. Extremely lax service, part of our order was even forgotten by the waitress. Quality of food is mediocre, some of it even tinned (like the mushroom salad). Although the base of the pizza was good the toppings were not and completely ruined it. Overall quite pricey for what it offers. Best to avoid this place unless they change the quality of their food & service.

Nice bar with good service and atmosphere. The staff knows English and is very friendly. We enjoyed the Mexican evening. Our liter of Margarita was really good.

NIce place with interesting fire place. Service is very good, friendly and professional, food is tasty, music is at a very good level for talking and prices unbeatable. If there was no smoking I would say the place is excellent. Unfortunately smoke flies all over although they gave us table in the non-smoking area. We will try again hoping for less smoke. PLEASE find a solution for us-nonsmokers, it is a pity such a fantastic place.
