Mama Tierra features a fully vegan menu with takes on authentic Greek dishes as well as dishes from Indian, American, and other cuisines. We stopped by here fordinner and were very impressed with the food and the prices! Highly recommend the sweet potato hummus (with caramelized onions - delicious) and the moussaka! Mushroom patties were also a hit and falafel was well cooked and spiced.

A journey into Mediterranean flavors in a beautiful setting with a warm and welcoming atmosphere... Looking forward to seeing you!
Well, itâs Athensâ only kosher restaurant. Despite this factâthey offer tasty mealsâsome kosher adaptations of Greek specialties; some Israeli-Middle Eastern dishesâin very pleasant surroundings, with good service by polite and friendly staff, at fair prices. I have eaten there twice, and will likely return for my final dinner before departing for the airport. Highly-recommended, even if you donât specifically require kosher food.

This was my second visit to the restaurant. It serves local Greek food, but not with the classic menu. Sausages and cured meat have a predominant role. Great taste, relatively quiet place, also visited by locals. Overall, again a very pleasant experience.

Let's travel! Visit different beautiful corners of our planet by savoring their dishes here! Every place on earth is filled with happy moments and mind-blowing flavors. Food is one of the best indulgences in life, a discovery, a delight to the palate, and
I came to know A Little Taste of Home through a recommendation. The food and the service were excellent with an added bonus of a small kitty on premises (obligatory in Greece!). Try any of the dishes and you will be well pleased. If you like chocolate, get the MOUSSE! It's huge AND satisfying. Of course you will need coffee afterward and get the GREEK coffee! Well made and well served. Christos took very good care of me and you will probably meet him if you go there. And while it is a small restaurant, it is best if you reserve a table before you go. The prices are reasonable and the foods they offer are from around the world. I began with the suggestion of Talagani, a sheep's milk cheese that was wonderful and not overpowering. I then moved on to the Tajine, a braised lamb dish from the Beber region of North Africa which is cooked in a clay pot. I finally ended with the HUGE chocolate mousse which was served in a large glass ice cream dish and was almost too much for me to handle. A glass of excellent wine was recommended by Christos and he walked me skilfully throughout the menu. In short, an excellent experience, a fair price and an evening well enjoyed.

Went to EJ Falafel after reading all the excellent reviews and it did not disappoint. The falafel sandwich was excellent (â¬2.50 for a generous portion). The white sauce and pickles gave it a nice kick. I ordered a fresh orange juice and they squeezed it there and then. Again, a generous portion for only â¬1.I would go back there in a heartbeat - in fact I will day after tomorrow (they are closed on Sundays).
