Polite owners and a relaxed environment, although there is no view of the sea. Had sea food mezethes which were of good quality but lacked that something extra in the taste. Nice cold beer from the barrel. One salad, one large beer, 7 mezethes came to a reasonable total of 51⬠and fed three adults very well. A pleasant experience all in all.

I had a coffee along with a freshly-squeezed orange juice which was delicious. Nice place to hang out for lunch or a little bite.

Spent July on the island and found Vagia beach, Aerides, to be the best place, especially at weekends when the island filled up with greeks. Really nice food at the restaurant and extra points for Vera who worked very hard serving at the beach. And, you don't pay for the sun beds if you order food and/or drinks from Aerides

This Place has probably the best food and service of all greek genuine tavernas on Egina and probably in top 10 of all Greece. Commonly known as Honeytree Restaurant cause of the facrt that there is a GIGANTIC tree covering almost the whole garden square where you sit and have your fabulous dinner served. That/this tree has been there for six generations under the same familys reign of the taverna.Reel genuine Greek feeling and most friendly owners.Be aware that you probably be one turist among mostly greek neighbours that come to eat here. A Little bit out of the main centre some kind of transportation is necessary.Check with your hotel for rentals or taxi. Our hotelmanager drove us there... and then came back and picked us up afterwardsHow kind isn't that ??IF you come to Agia Marina you must go there and meet old timer Nicos and son Takis with his wife Maria.Enjoy and have a really nice experience!!

We have seen that a lot are at I thalasa for the view wich doesn't matter to much in the night .the good part was that we had a good service,very good dinner and excelent atmosphere from the musicians and people who love to dance .Thanks for the excelent evenings !!

We visited this restaurant several times and tried friend prawns, squids, fish. All times there were so much flour with oil around food, that we spent a lot of time to get out of this inedible, carcinogenic wrap. Without this wrap food was too dry. Unfortunately no sauce is going together with such dishes.

Nice restaurant/taverna with delicious food and very good service. Among other very good dishes, the swordfish and the octopus were excellent. The best white wine in Agia Marina and one of the best white wines, dry and with a fruity after taste, in general.Very good prices.

Great place to chill over your favorite Souvlaki with a glass of Rosso..we came here almost everyday!! A chicken Souvlaki and a glass of Rosso (my fave combo) is only â¬3! Its peaceful and quiet with warm interior to energise your day. Friendly staff who is so kind to take photos for the restaurant guests!

We werenât expecting anything but another restaurant on the strip having not been to any of them before. We were pleasantly surprised. Very accommodating attentive quick service. Table of 8. Slightly different menu to your traditional taverna. Good octopus salad burgers pizza and orzo. Good atmosphere. Great ice creams either side!
