Sand woven and sumptuous location-wise. The Proprietor or french provenance, loquacious and articulate. The culinary spectrum impressive and of pure ingredients. Service prompt and pricing moderate. Frequented by tourists and indigenous alike to the satisfaction of both. Fried stuff, salads, starters, cold beer as refreshing as can be. The sea is within 10-20 yards distance and enticing. Land and seascape attractive and complex. Fragrant.

This is a good looking bar, if a little short on ambience. the music is OK and the cocktails are spot on. The proprietors and staff are friendly in a rather contrived way.

We had been out for a meal (dinner) and decided to have âa night capâ before returning to our boat. The owner and staff at Avila were amazing. So kind and helpful. Truly lovely people. They arranged a ride (lift) back to our boat (our engine had failed), looked after our every needs whilst there and served us with amazing cocktails too. The âvery, very Long Island iced teaâ was awesome!Thank you Michael...! Nice to cu again!

Tortuga, the one and only Artcafé Winebar in the island. For the past three years, Dario makes sure for a unique italian experience in the heart of Aegina town. Only there, you can taste authentic café napoletano, homemade sweets like tiramisu, as well as
The local wine is fine. Most restaurants and bars sell perfectly acceptable wines but this place sells exceptional wines. The owner is very knowledgeable and doesn't try to bamboozle you into buying stuff but explains the good wine distribution in Greece and its islands. We drank a white from Santorini which was excellent. Food/snacks available and super friendly service. Great coffee too.well worth a visit

For my customary pre-dinner drink by myself before going out to dinner with my family I always chose a place by the waterfront. For a beer I like the traditional places 'Tsipouradiko', 'Aktaion', 'Kafenion' or further out the 'Panagitsa' with interesting choices and good prices (all of them have no entry in Tripadvisor). Once I felt like a Gin Tonic and the perfect choice for it, by coincidence, was the place - also by the waterfront - called 'Music Heaven' (not in Tripadvisor). A free bottle of water, Beefeater Gin, a good amount of mixed nuts and a reasonable price.Once I was attracted by the sign 'Aperol â¬6.50' at a place on the waterfront called 'En Plo'. It was mentioned in the menu card (which I hadn't checked previously) that the Aperol includes Cinzano Dry. Being used to Aperol with Prosecco, I didn't like it at all, especially since it was far too sweet. With it was served a tiny bowl of peanuts, half the amount of the mixed nuts at the not far away 'Music Heaven'..

YACHT CLUB PANAGAKIS - THE PLACE to be seen in Aegina town! Right on the waterfront of Aegina town, this Cafe-Bar-Creperie has the reputation of being the oldest established catering business on the Island. The history goes back over 150 years, when the S
I stepped off the ferry with 3 hungry kids and so straight away headed to the line of restaurants opposite the harbour. The man outside the Yacht Club was pretty assertive as we looked at the menu and we felt a bit pressured into going in. We ordered some food for the kids and whilst it was all ok it was just a bit average. Also before our food had even been provided the waitress asked us to pay as she was about to go off shift and the till needed to be settled before the new shift started. I wasn't really that happy about this but her English wasn't good enough to really be able to argue this and my Greek is non existent. Being in a prime location I think that you end up paying a premium for average food. Walk a few streets back from the harbour though and there is much more variety and a much nicer choice of places to eat. Next time I will wait a few more minutes and find something there.

A cool place to relax and have a coffee, watching the people go by in the sea front of Aegina town. The place is comfortable, the waiters polite and professional and the coffee is very good. I spent some time in the place and left relaxed and revitalised.

Went in here on my own for lunch, got a burger and a large beer and it only cost â¬4.50! This restaurant is not a Greek restaurant however, much more westernized in that they serve fried chicken and hotdogs, not Gyros or Souvlaki. Still a great place to get a cheap meal and drinks! Thank you very much!! Always welcome!!!
