Read about this on Tripadvisor. We like south Indian food so decided to go to Little South. It is a small place air- conditioned but not well lit. Were a bit disappointed with the decor & the overall cleanliness. We ordered idlis & sada dosas & coffee.The idlis were very average but the dosas were very good. Sambhar was okay but the chutney was good. When a few more people came in we saw that they all ordered dosas. Unfortunately the coffee is from a vending machine - that too with south indian food !! Let down. It is not a place that you would seek out.

Food Villa is located bang in the middle of Gar Ali, Jorhat. The restaurant is done up pretty well with good interiors. The food on offer too is sumptuous and delicious, quite a good variety on offer. Service too is much better when compared to other restaurants. Nice place for either lunch or dinner with family and friends

The ambience of the place is great with musical instruments, books, bean bags and lot of games but the food and drinks had limited options. We ordered chilli chicken which was completely burnt and there was no salt in the noodles. Also we ordered shakes which they could not make as they were out of raw material for it..
