This restaurant closes during off-season(October through March). Under new management. One of the few restaurants (or at least decent ones) near the entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park. Currently owned by a renowned mountain climber, Lhakpa Gelu Sherpa. Lhakpa (owner) has climbed Mt. Everest 15 times, and also holds record for the fastest ascent of Mt. Everest in 10 hours 56 minutes and 46 seconds. Wildberry serves both traditional American Mountain Menu (burgers, sandwich, Salads, fish n chips, chicken strips etc.) as well as authentic Sherpa-Himalayan food (steamed dumplings- momo, stew, Thali, etc.)from Tibet & Nepal.
Wonderful little restaurant run by a former Sherpa. It served regular burgers that looked good. The treat was the Nepalese menu. We chose three different meals and shared. Every bite was delicious. We had good local beer with the meal. We finished with the pie. Even if you are already completely full, go for the pie too.

After chasing reluctant children around the fishing dock for a couple of hours we stopped at Pizza Express on the way home. I was happy to find out when we ordered our pizza it would be ready in 15 minutes. The pizza was high quality at a low cost. This will become a regular stop while fishing and kayaking in the area.

Copper Creek Restaurant is a friendly old fashioned restaurant with a menu to include burgers, steaks, seafood, our famous homemade blackberry pie and homemade breads. Copper Creek has been in continuous operation since 1946 and is a well known spot to enjoy a meal.
The food was surprisingly good! We all had pancakes, eggs and bacon. I didn't realize that the area is known for their blackberries, so putting them on the pancakes was an added bonus! :) Couldn't help but wonder if they stored the food properly and cleaned the kitchen well after knowing of the rat problem in the lodge though!

Stopped in for a late afternoon snack. The beers are great, but slow service. True, it was game day and there appeared to be only one person taking orders, preparing the food and serving too. We ordered a small pizza which tasted like it was a frozen pizza out of the box. Looks like we should have ordered a burger and fries, but didn't want to eat too much. We'd give it a second try if we're in the area and order the burger and fries!!

While not the closest restaurant to the park entrance/exit, the food and atmosphere make it worth the trip. The menu is limited, but the food is good. They have a few beers on tap and the homemade pickles are awesome.

Ate here at lunch in late September. It has snowed a couple of days before which put a dent in our hiking plans; totally unprepared for slick surfaces. Our consolation was a delightful lunch in the Paradise Inn Restaurant. We both had the Nisqually Sandwich, grilled salmon on a bun accompanied by yummy cole slaw. As other reviews here indicate, your mileage may vary.

We had our meals at the restaurant during our stay. Excellent service, with a smile, and recommendations about the park. Breakfasts were served with great care, and so were dinners - very attentive servers. We enjoyed the ambience, the wonderful photos on the walls, and of course the view.

When we arrived, there weren't a lot of people in the restaurant. We ordered the burgers to eat in and some to go. The eat in order took a long time. We didn't get a clear answer as to why but the burgers were really out of this world. They were moist, juicy and tender. I would highly recommend this place for the burgers. We didn't have anything else on their menu. The waiters was very friendly.

The meal selections and service were much better than our last visit in August of 2015. The "cherry chicken" I had was very good and other family members enjoyed salmon. We all enjoyed their clam chowder which was rich and creamy. The young woman who was our server did a superb job.
