The coffeehouse you wouldn't expect in small town NM! We feature Boar's Head Provisions deli sandwiches and a number of desserts and ice cream. Our coffee drinks are the best in town. We have lattes, smoothies, Jahvaccinos, shakes, bubble teas and a slew of other specialties all in a trendy and hip atmosphere. Relax on our over stuffed couches and use our FREE WI-FI! It's like nothing in Artesia. Find out for yourself.
I travel extensively, and I am always looking for great places. I would highly recommend the Java House in Artesia, NM. I had a Vanilla latte and their AMAZING huevos rabcheros sandwich!! Holy NM heaven!!! They offered many deli style options, tea, and of course a great cup of coffee (or latte)!
The owner, Robbie, and his team were incredibly friendly and awesome! You will not regret stopping in for some hometown love and coffee!

Our server made the meal a lot of fun.
Really good restaurant with great drinks and a friendly staff. We split several appetizers- the shishito peppers were great. Doctor pepper marinated pork was awesome. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Would recommend for anyone looking for a great meal in Artesia.

Off the beaten path for the traveler, and nothing special about the decor in an old made over bldg which used to be something else! However, they offer a great product, good service, and a very reasonable price.

I love BBQ and can even make some great ribs myself, but Henry's are among the best if not the best I have ever had. I use the Hot BBQ sauce.
The brisket is also very good, the baked beans excellent and sweet tea very good.
Definitely worth stopping in.

Outside and north of town center in an industrial area there is a large metal building. Inside a large room of booths and tables to sit and eat delicious Mexican food. Amazing beans, I now understand Juan Chicoy in Steinbeck's The Wayward Bus.

Decent place for deli sandwiches. This makes it one of the better places in Artesia. It appears to be open relatively late at night as well. Prices are a little high for what you get.We are happy that you enjoyed your experience with us Andrew! Thank you for coming by and taking the time to let us know!

If u like green chicken enchiladas this is definitely the place to go. I order them every chance I get. The chili rellenos are excellent as well. Mom and Pop owned. And the service is fantastic! Highly recommend.

This place is an interesting little establishment just off the main road.
It doesn't have adequate parking… When we went inside it surprised us and how small it was.
It's got basic tables and chairs with table cloths.
The wine that we were served was pretty good considering how inexpensive it was.
The service was good more than adequate. The folks are very friendly and service was fairly quick.
The food itself was hearty and filling…
Not necessarily homemade or the best we've ever had an Italian restaurant – however, it was priced right.
We would recommend the place if you're passing by a need a quick bite to eat…
