Reviewed By Роман БОтель удобно расположен на окраине города, рядом есть метро, такси до центра стоит дёшево и ехать около 15 минут. Интерьер оформлен со вкусом, номера опрятные и уютные, регулярно убирают, всё чисто и комфортно, хороший wi-fi, для удалённой работы подошёл. Но самое главное в этом отеле - это его персонал! Невероятно приятные, радушные люди, которые являются жемчужиной этого места. Нунэ, Эмма и каждый/ая, кого я не назвал - все как будто ваши лучшие друзья, родители и бабушки. Нам оказали очень тёплый приём, было так хорошо, что было жалко уезжать. Обязательно вернусь ещё ❤️

Reviewed By NCHospitalityWe came 1 day earlier than our booking date. Ms. Tater in reception tried to help us and even they are full that day, we can get a room. Thanks to Ms. Tatev The room is just right for couple. They have enough space for luggages. This hotel has elevator. The toilet has bidet, it is important for me, so I am happy they have this. The breakfast is really delicious! The location: it’s a little bit in the inside of an alley but it’s not dangerous. In the beginning of the alley there is a bbq stand. So it’s your landmark to find this hotel. Thank you to Ms. Tatev.

Reviewed By oldo11Really great service ! Every day owner Albert several times met with me and personaly tried to help me with any kind of problems. But there were non . From nice , clean, well equiped room with even jakuzi in a bathroom to delicious breakfast always on time. His right hand Susan speaks also english so if my very poor russian language knowledge was not enough she help me imediatelly;-) Albert arranged also my transport from airport and to airport . Hotel is so close to city center . And just on the other side of street there is a circular park where i every morning did my jogging from hotel to Cascades and back;-) i suggest this hotel to everyone who wanna enjoy nice time in Yerevan !

Reviewed By Artur MI think so hotel has an interesting concept. Maybe it is small, but they have more interesting engagment and now they are building new place for sport. Clean rooms, clean and delicious cousine, staff are kind and smile. I like to communicate with them. They have offroad place, and many quadricycle ... fantastic entertainment. Exclusive bar, fire area and nice place - that is your main mind. Maybe ther are some small not significant problems, but staff definitely will solve. I really recommend to visit.

Reviewed By Elena KThis family guesthouse was a place where we could feel at home. We stayed there just one night in May of this year but I still remember our stay there very often. All members of this family are so kind, warm hearted and welcoming. They answered all our questions and were ready to help when we asked for their advise. The dinner was really fantastic!!! Without any doubt it was the best food we tried in Armenia! The table was covered with so many tasty dishes!!! We asked to take some of them for next days' launch and it was a little bit too much for even 2 meals :D Thank you so much for your hospitality! We hope to come back one day!

Reviewed By 208tateviktVery clean, friendly service. Easy to find. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. There is a beautiful fireplace in every bungalow and also a clean sauna and pool. The owners have a really nice friendly dog and two kittens for kids to play with.

Gyumri Best Hotel Apartment
Reviewed By notFredricWhat surprises me is how spacious the area is. I was expecting a bit less but I had a great time staying even just for one night. Even 3-4 people can fit the place, there are kitchen space, extra bed, and a large sofa. The location is nearby small shops and the Gyumri Train station so it’s easy to navigate. Walking around the city is easy for me, the apartment may be a bit far from the main tourist attraction. The owner is on time as I was waiting outside for the check-in. There is no reception desk to talk to but the owner is responsive through WhatsApp messaging.
