Reviews on Fast Food food in Yerevan, Armenia. Long fought over by warring empires, the city of Yerevan survived centuries of foreign occupation, finally becoming independent with the fall of the Soviet Union. This capital city, a center of Armenian culture, has celebrated its freedom with a flurry of construction and a growing population. Despite this push forward, history survives in Yerevan - The Institute of Ancient Manuscripts houses books dating back to the 9th century, and the ruins of the Erebuni Fortress, built in 782 BC, still stand.

Sidewalk cafe/fast food joint which serves the best lahmajune (Armenian Pizza) in Yerevan!
We stopped here to try âArmenian pizzaâ (otherwise known as lahmajun) for the first time. My wife and I shared one along with a tomato salad. Both were very good and very cheap. Service was sluggish. We learned a few things during our visit. First of all, âArmenian Pizzaâ is a real misnomer as the similarities between pizza and true lahmajun are minimal. Lahmajun is basically pita bread with meat and spices on it. You can buy one with cheese but thatâs not a true Lahmajun. To eat, you fold it over like New Yorkers eat pizza. I think most people cut them in half and then folded but some looked like thy were folding a whole one. More importantly, most people eat one by themselves along with other things. We shared one and it didnât amount to much more than a snack. Glad we stopped here and wouldnât mind returning now that we know how to order their specialty.

Voodoo is a very cozy and comfortable hookah lounge. We are ready to serve you our high quality hookah, amazing cocktails and extremely tasty food...
best place I visited in Yerevan. We arrived late and were warmly accommodated by the staff, food was great and all tasty (plus we got good portions on everything we ordered). We were given a complimentary drink which tasted really nice and the shisha menu was great. It offered many different types and staff accommodated us and offered advice on strengths and how to make it lighter if it was too strong. they were very accommodating throughout and I would definitely visit again. If in Yerevan, you must visit this lounge!

After we tried the dish while visiting artsakh(ngorno-karabakh), we were eager to try it again while in yereven. This restaurant offers only the zhinglyanov hats dish, both as dine in and take away. Its a anytime dish, which one can have for brunch or even as a lite dinner option...

Everything starts with adzoukh. This is our philosophy. The most basic of cuisines is one prepared on a fire billowing out of adzoukh (charcoal). We are returning to the roots of man by providing the most basic cuisine made to perfection: Western Armenian
After reading the many reviews we choose Adzoukh and indeed all the reviews are true! The food was really good and the host is a lovely gentleman who adds a personal touch. We were well impressed and came again for more delicious food :)

Stylish burger bar that serves fine burgers, fries, gourmet pizzas, salads, soups, beer and soft drinks. Freshly squized juices, big variety of coffees and teas as well as ice-cream are also available.
Came with family and in laws after they landed later that day. There was a little something for everyone. My oldest though the pizza was so good he ordered two, the little one was glued to the window watching the Yerevan world go by. The juice was fresh, the salad was yummy and the broccoli soup even got gulped down by the youngest. If you want something quick and easy for kids (pizza, burger etc) and want a nice drink too, it's worth a visit.
