Ordered 5 entrees over the phone. One was discussed at length because it was not on the menu, but is a dish served by most restaurants with Mexican cuisine for picky eaters called the Stephens Plate - chicken, rice and cheese. We had hungry teens and a screaming 3 month old so I ran in, paid, and took the bags as soon as they brought them. Got home, and we were missing the Stephens Plate! Tried multiple times to call the restaurant, but they would not answer. Instead, I had to wait when I got there for the plate to be made! The girl treated me like I was lying about the dish. It was all very frustrating. There was not even an apology for the error or the wait. Disappointing.

It is not worth me stopping here again because the first stop we went inside and there was to much playing and didn't care for some of the words. The second time I could not under stand because I do not Speak Spanish

Ordered a burrito and the tortilla was soggy and greasy. Yuck. Prices were high for the quality of food. Iâd skip this place and go to Abueloâs or even Taco Bell for better food. Young lady working at the counter had dirty fingernails.

I want to like this place---great atmosphere, people and drinks. I have eaten here twice and both times the entress were not very good. A few months ago, it was the bland and soggy fish tacos. This past week I tried the spinach and cheese enchiladas. It was the equivalent of eating a microwaved frozen meal. The lime rice and beans are very good. I can only recommend this place for drinks and the sides.

This was one of the better Mexican restaurants that my wife and I have dined at since moving to NW Arkansas. However, it wasn't the true Tex-Mex like we would get in Houston or Dallas. The overall service level was very good, along with the atmosphere.
Seated and waited for about 15 minutes before I flagged down a waitress. Took my order. Ordered Chicken Milanesa- juicy, breaded fried chicken breast served with rice, beans and guacamole. $11.99. Daily specials- tonight, Wednesday is $3 well drinks and free small cheese dip with order of entree.Dinner came with almost no pico de Gallo, a large spoonful of guacamole and a smitherin of refried beans. Milanesa was good. Waitress brought check but no pen so that was more waiting...

This Chuy's is always a favorite stop for us. We generally sit in the bar area and have great service. Whether it's take-out or dining in, haven't found a dish we don't like.
I always love their basic bean burritos. They are so good and you can't beat the price. Love the cinnamon chips, but they are inconsistent in the amount of sugar and cinnamon you get. This time, one bag was had plenty of cinnamon and the other bag had too much you had to shake off the excess.

I made 2 trips to La Taquiza, my first and last. There are very few times that I get sick over eating something, but this did not set well with my insides. It is hard to screw up rice, beans, and tortillas, but it can be done.

A lot of my friends like this place but I am not a huge fan. I have eaten some excellent food that was catered by them. But every time I have been here to dine in, I have struggled with stale thick chips and average over priced food. There are better Mexican restaurants in town.
