This is my parents favorite place for their Wednesday Shopping trip each week. They go there so often that the people know which sandwich they want on how to prepare it. They share a foot long subway club on Italian bread. I have had both their lunch sandwiches and their breakfast sandwich, all were prepared properly and to my liking. Their bread and vegetable toppings are fresh, but what makes visiting this a weekly tradition is the friendly customer service and the willingness to prepare a foot long a little different on each side including the cutting of one half into quarters. If you eaten at subway anyway, there is a certain expectation of the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the place and this has not disappointed yet.

Great food in general. Lunch is served to order off a buffet although you can also order from the menu if you wish. The selection of lunch varies every day. Fried Fish is every friday which is possibly the best in town. The cabbage is probably my favorite vegetable though they are all good. Of the meats,

Maybe ordered the wrong thing, but the chicken breast dinner was lacking. Small and it's supposed to be grilled. It tasted like it was broiled or microwaved. The beans were not the ranch style beans as stated. Cole slaw was good. The pickle tasted old. Just not good overall. Maybe should have chosen beef? I was... But customers before us left stating that their burger was served raw. Nice staff and a clean place...

This restaurant is located inside our Grider Field Airport, less than 5 miles from downtown, a beautiful country side drive. Awesome food, good choice on buffet, and friendly people. Being a small Airport, it is very light traffic, so easy to get to, in & out. During early 1940's, our Airport was a training facility for WWII pilots; interesting history!

I was very pleased with this place. Excellent fish and hush puppies. They provide free unsweetened tea if you like that. I would recommended this to family and friends. Very kind staff.

Cash only. Order at the window and pick up your food when it's ready. I had the Deluxe hamburger...mayo, pickle, onion, lettuce, tomato. Jumbo is the size of Sonic. The burger and onion rings were good. Nothing fancy or gourmet which is why it's so yummy!

Sam's is a favorite of ours. It's Down home cooking with a Cajun twist. They have alarge menu with a great varietyof flavors. Sam's serves chicken, shrimp, fish and oysters with or without Cajun seasoning. You can have your choice of grilled or fried entrees. The sides are all home style cooking. I had the 12 piece fried shrimp and D,C, had the 12 piece grilled shrimp. Both meals were cooked to perfection. Our sides, (red beans and rice, mac and cheese and green beans) were delicious. I counted my shrimp and there were 14 of those big boys and they were delicious and juicy. Their tarter sauce is really Louisiana style remoulade and it's amazingly good, if a little spicy. One of the best items on the menu are the Po' Boy sanwiches with either shrimp, catfish or oysters. Makes you think of New Orleans. No alcohol. takes all major credit cards. Well worth the price.

I have eaten here several times over the years and the food is always good, the service is always the best but there are some drawbacks. Pro - Best steaks in Pine Bluff. Not the best around but best in Pine Bluff.Con - $30 or more for a steak. Not unreasonable but a little pricey for what you get.Pro - Best service in Arkansas. Hard to find service like this any more.Con - Stray cats fed at the front door and servers love on them regularly. Makes you wonder if you are going to leave with a ring worm or something.... not professional at all.
