This is a lovely restaurant with both indoor and outdoor dining. The views are very nice and the atmosphere is smartly casual. I found the food...burger, sandwiches, soup and salad to all be very good. The waitstaff was particularly friendly and attentive. While I can not speak for dinner, the lunch was terrific!

We arrive on time for our brunch reservation and ask to be seated outside. The two hostesses are unanimous in announcing that all seven free tables outside are reserved. We point out that there is only an hour left to closing, thus it's highly unlikely that those seven tables would be occupied in time. The argument escalates, we ask for the manager, she has no problem seating us outside, greasing the squeaky wheel, so to speak. Next disappointment is the wine list: extremely limited. We ask for Champagne (not on the list) and the waiter offers to bring a bottle to show it to us, it turns out cheap CA bubbly, we decline. For some unknown reason, the ceramic tiles on the tables are moving, they are not permanently installed, just laid out loose in the frame. Weird. We turn our attention to the buffet and there is nothing to brag about: no appetizers, two green salads, smothered in cheese and some UN-identifiable white stuff, followed by your garden variety salmon, pork, chicken and unappetizing-looking âroot vegetablesâ, all topped by some stale bread rolls. âWhere is the Beef?â, we ask and are directed to another room where a man is carving the prime rib, while critically evaluating the contents of your plate. I'm not going to go into dessert, which included Sneakers candy and jelly beans...True, the price was low, but so were the offerings. Coffee, luckily, was good (even though there was plenty of it in the saucer), so we can wash off the rest of the brunch. Including the memories. Never coming back. The views alone cannot save this place. Incidentally, the âreservedâ tables remained empty...**
Saddle Bronc has a Southwestern Flare. Leather high tops and stools, pistols for door handles. Bar area has televisions galore for your sporting events. Separate dining room for 2 or 20. Saddle Bronc caters for everything from house parties, birthday part
Having lived in many midwestern states, the Saddle Bronc is like a combination of every country restaurant I've been to. Home made stuff like gourmet mac and cheese; breaded pork tenderloin; Chicken fried steak; meatloaf; broasted chicken; Ribs. I could go on and on. Burgers are excellent. Staff is friendly (esp Hailey, Brenda, Elliot, Jason). The owners Barb and Brad are very outgoing and friendly. The service here is great, the food is excellent. Also have some live music on the weekends for a couple of hours. Our go to place.

We stopped in for late breakfast (served all day) and this place is wonderful. Very friendly and attentive staff. Great plate of soft scrambled eggs, deep fried hash browns (ask!), and toast. Also great omelets to order! Chalk board shows some great dinner specials and we will be back to try them soon.

Saddle Bronc Grill is the local neighborhood "Cheers"! With our friendly atmosphere, family menu, 25+crafts beers, Ribs, Broasted Chicken, Homemade Meatloaf, Homemade Soups, not to mention our popular Walleye (pan seared parmesan crusted) served up on Wed
The partner-in-dine and I were ravenous after our leisurely stroll around Fountain Park. Our stomachs were clamoring for food at around 8:30 p.m. We were dismayed that most restaurants in the vicinity (except the fast food chains, which we didnât really want to patronize that time) close early. We then decided to head over to Saddle Bronc Grill not only because they stay open until 11:00 p.m., but also because they have a 4-star rating on Yelp. When we got there, the bulk of the dinner crowd had left and most of the people in the restaurant were seated at the bar counter. We were shown to our table by a friendly man who might either be the owner or manager. We chose to sit at a high top across from the bar with a full view of the banks of wall-mounted TVs showing different sports channels. Our waitress was genial and jovial. She also came by to check on us regularly. The partner-in-dine got the John Wayne Burger. He gave it two thumbs up. The meat was juicy, seasoned well and cooked to perfection (He had it cooked medium.) The bun was toasted and the lettuce was fresh and of high quality. I wanted to order the Saturday Prime Rib Special but they had just run out of it. Poor me! But, donât cry for me Argentina, because I decided to get the 14-oz New York steak with baked potato and mac ânâ cheese as sides. The baked potato and mac ânâ cheese were lackluster but the steak was perfectly cooked (medium rare for me), juicy and the apex of savoriness. The bartender was also very friendly and seemed to be very familiar with all the regulars. Overall, Saddle Bronc Grill has great food and a welcoming, friendly atmosphere.

While visiting friends who were celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary, we came for a casual gathering two nights in a row. Both times we enjoyed the outside patio and both times we were lucky enough to have Matthew for our server. He amazed us by remembering our group. Then he remembered every one of our drink orders from the night before! That was very impressive! Matthewâs service was as good as his memory! Obviously if we came back the second night, we enjoyed the varied menu choices and the delicious food.
