As always the taco power bowls were great. Very friendly staff. The building will be torn down soon and rebuilt. It will be a Taco Bell and Pizza Hut combined.

Seven in our party at lunch. We were served very quickly and accurately with separate checks for all. Meals were served on hot plates and quite stove hot which is especially great when Mexican food is ordered. Portions were definitely large. Everything was very tasty. Restaurant was moderately busy and we were in, well fed, and on our way in about an hour total. Thank the good chef who provided delicious meals of wide ranging selections to the table at nearly the same time.

We were traveling, so I couldn't get the fresh meat that they had marinating. Looked great though. My husband had carnita tacos and I had nachos. The meat is truly their specialty. I purchase a to go container of the chicharrones. Those are the bomb!

El Cupidos Express

This restaurant has good food, but be warned. If you go in at lunch time, as I have, you're in for a wait. I've never had less than 10 people in front of me. So, if you're not in a hurry, and you don't mind sitting and eating inside a gas station/ convenience store, the food IS good. Also, there are no servers. You wait in line inside the convenience store, step up to a pass-through to the kitchen and order your food. When it's ready, someone calls and you walk back to the pass-through to pick up your food. It's all self-service. It's geared for construction workers and people on the run. It is NOT a sit down, regular restaurant. Think of a taco truck that's not a truck and you'll have the idea.

We were very pleased with our dinners and we are fans of good Mexican food. I had the chicken stuffed pablano chili rellano which was prepared with a cream cheese topping. It was stuffed with lots of chicken, a little heat but not too much from the chili, as far as I was concerned just delicious. I also enjoyed the black beans and the rice which I often don't eat in many restaurants. My husband has the pork chili verde, the pork was very moist and falling apart delicious. The staff was very attentive and friendly. This restaurant does not serve beer, wine or other alcoholic beverages.
