Born out of love for the great food found throughout Baja California. Our authentic street tacos, burritos, and enchiladas are made fresh daily. Come in and see our unique and eclectic decor from The Other Side of Mexico.
Started out with drinks and I wasn't sure what I wanted so I told the waitress what flavours I liked and the bartender made me a super delicious pineapple/coconut something (should have asked the ingredients because it was potent and tasty!). Chips were warm and delicious and they have three different salsa strengths which I choose medium and it was just spicy and right! Didn't quite know what to order so I once again asked the waitress what I should get and she suggested the carnitas quesadilla and a shrimp enchilada, both were delicious!!!! The staff makes you feel right at home!!

Went for lunch, getting there after the lunch crowd rush. Had the place to ourselves. Was warned that you need a reservation for dinner. Great service and food. This place is on the list of the top 2 Mexican food places in Prescott.A side note on the optional questions. Alll about ADA issues, not the end or food.

Arturo's always seems to have an over-filled parking lot at lunchtime, so we thought we'd give it a try.The quality of food at Arturo's is average - nothing different than you'll find at hundreds of other restaurants across the country. The variety is slightly below average - there are a limited number of dishes, and none of them are standouts. The lunch specials (six?) were the most reasonably priced, but there aren't many of them, and we didn't find them appealing. The entrees run from $10 to around $16, and in our opinion were overpriced for the quality. Quantity was fine. Service was OK. Restaurant was clean. There's a full bar,The one thing that was truly outstanding with our meal was the corn tortilla served on the side. Wow - if only all the other parts of our meal had been as fresh and flavorful!Nothing here (even the tortilla) made us want to come back.

Not all of the .....bertos in AZ are created equal, and this is really a cut above. The servings are huge and inexpensive, augmented with a chip and salsa bar. The tacos and burritos are authentic and specials on Tuesday and Wednesday. Don't miss the fish and the shrimp. It's becoming our go-to Mexican.

We visited Northern Arizona for a few days and this gem is something we ran across while staying in Prescott . Great food! Very friendly staff and a nice clean family restaurant!

The restaurant is easily accessible just west of downtown about 1 mile, plenty of parking. The waitress was friendly but not well versed in the menu or making adjustments to an item. For example I prefer green chili versus the red/rancho sauce inside and outside but only got green outside and still had the red inside. Servers were attentive. Food arrived hot but a couple items were not as ordered. Chips and single style of salsa were pretty benign. If you have a food allergy, speak up as they don't inquire. Food is Sonora style cooking.

Family owned restaurant. Best Mexican food in town.
The entire menu at Taco Donâs is beyond good but, their tacos are the best. They come in a variety of styles! I like the traditional shredded beef tacos in a deep fried shell. I never tire of a well made taco and that they have in spades!

Maya's is small, not fancy. Maya's is a family owned and operated restaurant serving authentic Mexican food. It is definitely worth leaving the plaza area and finding Maya's on South Montezuma. We split a serving of guacamole and a chicken fajita. The guacamole was excellent and fresh -- obviously made shortly be for served. The fajita was definitely the best we have had in Prescott. We will return to sample their mole.

Casa Alvarez is in the rear of a building it shares with Dinner Bell Cafe. Decor can be considered either Prescott Quaint or Seedy, depending on your view. What's important are the food and service--both very good. Preparation is authentic, portions generous, and a big side salad featuring quality lettuce precedes the meal. Service is friendly, prices reasonable. We probably will make Casa Alvarez our go-to Mexican.
