My co-workers and I dropped in to this diner twice, hoping the first time was just a random bad experience. The first visit was for lunch. The place was well under half full, but there was only a single waitress working the dining room. She was running around and doing her best, but it was just too much for one person, and it made the service terribly slow. Then when the food finally arrived, it wasn't very good. Typical diner options, but without much flavor to speak of.We returned a few weeks later to see if breakfast would fare any better. Unfortunately, it was actually worse. The dining room was packed for breakfast, and was only being worked by a single waitress once again. It took a very long time to receive drinks, give our orders, and receive our food. I ordered the corned beef hash, and was very discouraged to find out that it's the nasty canned stuff that looks like cat food and tastes about the same. Cafe O'Le has corned beef hash that is actually made fresh. That's a much better option. The staff are friendly, but based on the very slow speed of service and mediocre at best food, I won't be going back.

Our Mexican-inspired menu is 100% VEGAN, changes daily, and always features soup, salads, burritos, chimichangas & quesadilla tacos. Our patio is dog friendly (on leash). Available for private events. "If you're craving something in the 'I can't believe t
So thrilled to finally be in Bisbee when Poco is open for business. Since we didn't think we would be back again soon, we ordered a lot of food!! All was perfect. Service was slow, but worth the wait.f First we split the nachos - a big plate which included some quinoa and some faux meat. Then, I had the brussel sprout chimi on the recommendation of the customer ahead of me in line. HUGE and delicious. I would have liked more of the roasted brussels but really, no complaints. DH got the tofu/roasted veggies bowl. He said it has a nice, smokey grilled taste to it. A bit larger plate would have kept the large serving from falling onto the table. We also had the french fries with spicy ketchup. Wish we could have ordered more! And all vegan, to boot - heaven!

Lindsay (pictured) did a great job taking care of the customers and enjoyed doing so. The Italian Sausage dinner was hot tasty and well presented (photo). Its ingredients indeed were fresh. Yes, it did take a little longer than expected to have the lunch delivered, but it was worth the wait. They had home made apple pie, with vanilla ice cream it was a great treat.Note the displays around the windows including the very early AM/FM radio. Thus the setting and atmosphere had taste and uniqueness.

The beer was really good. The service was a little slow, but they were busy. The outdoor seating is nice when the weather is good. The food selection was limited.

They do a great business. Service was very good. Old, but clean. Restrooms were clean and maintained. In keeping with the High funk calling of greater Bisbee, the streets around the restaurant are loaded with old cars, busses and motorcycles. Service was prompt. Eggs, bacon and gravy were very good. The biscuits were huge, but not cooked through. It is great place for breakfast if you are not solo.

Fabulous meal in a place you feel like you stepped right back into the old west starting right when you pull in. Music is old westerns, as is the decor. Donât be in a hurry. Take it in and enjoy life! Super friendly staff too! Will definitely be back again!

I live very near but never stopped before. Much bigger and nicer inside than I expected. Had an early breakfast, very good, and large order of bisquits and gravy. I really liked the self service drinks area as well.

Thatâs what a customer said when I asked about the breakfast special - blue corn biscuits with chorizo and soft boiled eggs. And, it was in the top breakfasts I have eaten. We also had the quiche; scrumptious on its own. Couple this with superior service and bottomless cups of coffee and why would you ever go anywhere else? AND dog friendly for patio seating! Need I state more?

My husband and I were visiting Bisbee from Tombstone and stopped in here for food. He ordered the Reuben and I order the Thai salad with chicken. Both were SO good. The salad was so fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this place!

Roka is the class of gourmet dining in Bisbee (and all of deep south Arizona). It's a three story series of dining spaces. It's also a pleasure. And a FOUR course MEAL.The food is very seasonal. The service is delightful. And the concept refreshing. We've sent many people to Roka. All have raved. This particular August outing we had artichokes rapped in procutto for an appetizer, duck and lamb meat balls for dinner. All were terrific and complemented with fresh, local vegetables in awesome sauces that allowed the meats to do the heavy lifting The meatballs for instance had a chimichurri sauce, rasperry sauce and chef's own curry with coconut sauce. Hard to say which was best. The bar is a trip unto itself. Everyone either knows everyone or the bartender introduces them. THere's jazz on the third floor on weekend nights which is absolutely perfect for the quiet room.Roka featurs an amuse bouche to start (in our case garbanza bean and jalapena soup) your choice of appetizer, another amuse bouche (lime serbert) and, of course your appetizer followed by a lovely fresh out of the gardent green salad with terrific cheeses atop. Then comes dinner.......... And Desert. It is plenty of food. We always bring some home for breakfast.THe price for all of this magic food is stunningly appropriate. A similar meal in Tucson or Phoenix would be at least 50% more. There are stairs between dining areas. Roka is only open on certain days depending upon the season and DEFINITELY NEEDS A RSERVATION, so call a month maybe 2 early.Parking in Bisbee is a bit of a pickle. We usually call the golf cart evening pick up and drop off servce to get us at our hotel, drive down the hill and up to Roka and return the trip after dinner. EZ.Don't miss Roka it's very much one of the heartbeats of Bisbee
