Our first visit to Aransas Pass since Harvey.
We looked up best places to eat in Aransas Pass, and found Redfish Willies Waterfront Grill.
Excellent choice. I highly recommend the blackened redfish sandwich, which came with fries, so no appetizer was needed.
My partner tried a special of the day, mahi mahi, and loved it!
We will definitely be back, it was a perfect meal. Great service, too.
Got crowded after we arrived, so you might want to consider reservations if you think it will be a busy time to eat...

A mobile dining experience like no other! The SteerBurger Grill & Grub is a true "Taste of Texas". All burgers are made with nothing but Fresh Chuck and then seasoned and grilled over an open flame and mesquite briquets. Daily specials, BBQ, and homemade soups. And the friendliest service in the Coastal Bend! We have a small inside dining room and a beautiful deck to relax and enjoy your meal.
First trip ourselves. Lots recommendations, decided to act on them! Thankful we did! Memorable and great tasting.

Port A DQ is very clean, nice staff working there and you could tell they were up people. The food was good and tasty, Frys were very good as well. We even got an ice cream treat with our meal deal...

Irie's Island Food is an extra casual, very small restaurant serving lunch only. Hours of operation are seasonal in this vacation town. We feature fresh handmade food prepared by the chef/owner who is a graduate of the Culinary institute of America. Creative tacos on house made tortillas, Hawaiian, Asian, American/tropical, and international cuisine is offered at our establishment. We also make New Orleans style beignets from scratch, roast our own coffee, and even have creme brulee to go!
Fresh and delicious food. They have great selections of taco with unique combination and sauce. The tortilla is homemade. They also have some menu such as treasure beef/chicken, curry and loco moco. Always busy, come early during lunch. The have indoor and outdoor seating, but filled up quickly. Sometimes we do pick up and enjoy the food on the beach.

I've eaten there numerous times. Many evenings they host bands that play mostly "oldies but goodies". The food ranges from average to very, very good. The atmosphere is fun with a pirate them3. Their specials of the day are frequently very tasty catch of the day fish. I recommend this restaurant for a night out or for lunch.

We stopped by on a Saturday evening at 5:45, needing a table for 15. They immediately pushed 3 tables together and we were seated with no delay. We took 13 construction workers to dinner and they all enjoyed the hearty fare, making multiple trips to the plentiful food bars. Our waitress was an angel (wish I could remember her name) and even spoke a little Spanish to the guys which delighted them. Go visit if you’re in the area!!

Lunch includes Specials, Fish, Shrimp, Burgers, Soup and much more. Evenings we offer real BBQ by Lance who is a award winning BBQ'er. Deserts are made by Frankie and daughter Joni. Pies, Banana Pudding and more!
This is a tiny out of the way place - just 6 tables with a sign up board outside for seating. We were there by 7:30 and 3 of the six tables were available. I had the country breakfast - 2 eggs, 2 bacon, home...MoreThank You for your comments and say "Hi" to your daughter. Hope you make it back soon.

Mickey's was recommended to us by a business associate and boy were they right. It was a beautiful day and we decided to sit on the porch. The setting is casual and laid back. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and promptly seated. A short time later our waitress brought us menus and got our drink orders. We had three adults and two children in our group. We were quite hungry so we ordered the Seafood Gumbo, Clam Chowder, Burger, Fried Pepper Jack Cheese, Fish Basket, Shrimp Po-Boy, Kid's Fish Basket, and Kid's Chicken Tender Basket. We were so happy when our food was delivered; it looked and smelled delicious. The serving sizes were ample, and we walked away quite full. Everyone enjoyed their selections and would definitely come back another time because the food and service was fantastic!

Bakery Cafe is one of those places that if you ask a local "where's a good cafe?", this is where they'll tell you to go. The restaurant has been here for decades and still has the bar and stools from the 50's. The food here is pretty much typical cafe food, chicken fried stuff, burgers, even steak and fried fish. My favorite is the chicken fried chicken breast! They are absolutely juicy and delicious, and decent sized portions. The wait staff is always friendly and typically pretty fast to get your order, even during the rush hours. Keep Bakery Cafe at the top of your list!

This was our first time to this restaurant and we were please with the quality of food and the service. We ordered gumbo, bacon wrapped jalapeños, onion rings, salad, grilled cheese, French fries, and hamburgers. The burgers were a little over cooked but still tasty. Glad to see a decent seafood/American food restaurant in the area!
