Reviewed By badran1984The room we have was a double bedroom with sea view, the room is big and view of the black sea is great, and that is it. The hotel is bad, the location is far away from everything. The only place is the supermarket down stairs that you can buy what you need. The hotel have a restaurant and a cafe, the price is on the high end but food is medium in the best case, and the service is slow and rude. For breakfast they have a plate with boiled egg or scrambled egg, two kinds of cheese, tomato and Cucumber, butter and jam, and that is it. If you want anything else you have to buy it. There is no laundry service in the hotel, and they don't clean the room until you request it. The second day of our stay they did not bring us new towles, and they say that they have a problem with the laundry service. They bring us new towels after a long time of waiting in the room without bath. The recepion employees are rude, not even trying to help in anyway, the hotel manager is thinking just about money and nothing else.

Reviewed By Goof WIt is quite challenging finding an actual nice hotel in/near Trabzon. This one I can highly recommend. It's beautifully situated on the Black Sea (don't forget to have swim), the room we stayed in was spacious with an awesome view over the sea. The owner is a pleasant and very helpful man who made numerous arrangements for us during our three day stay.

Reviewed By Bulent ERize ye giderken yolda uykum geldi bende Araklı da bir benzinliğe girdim ve buralarda otel var mı diye sordum, onlarda Ferah otelin ismini verdiler. Hemen buradaki yorumlara baktım, iki tane otelin süper olduğunu yazan yorum gördüm ve uykum geldiği için hemen gittim. Binayı buldum ama otelin girişini bulamadım, sonra bir kapı gördüm, içeri girip merdivenlerden yukarı çıktım, 2.katında resepsiyona benzer bir yer gördüm. Odalara bakmak istediğimi söyledim, tabi dediler neyse bir odaya baktım yatak odadan büyük duruyor, banyo kapısından yan yan girmeniz gerekiyor. Bina dökülüyor. Resmen şok oldum. Sizde diğer yorumlara aldanmayın.
