Reviewed By Br0wny181Picked this hotel from Booking.com one evening during a road trip across Pyrenees. It's almost at the top of a mountain, pretty unique remote location, but it's all worth it. At its busiest I'd imagine during Ski season, we used the hotel at the end of June. This is a new hotel, only 18 months old. As such the restaurant,bar and rooms are all spotless and have modern feel. The star of the show tho, is the main host - Eric. I won't go into detail here, but the day we stayed had been full of calamity during our trip. From the moment we arrived, Eric made us feel welcome and made everything ok. He fixed us food & drink and even put the football on for us. In the morning breakfast was great, and we sat talking with him for ages, really nice top fella. We could only stay one night but we'll definitely be back next year. We stayed at seven different hotels across the Spanish/French border, and this hotel by far was the best. Very reasonable prices, fantastic experience all round. Highly recommended!

Reviewed By Paul VPour un déjeuner à cinq. Accueil chaleureux presque amical. Application très rigoureuse des règles anti Covid, Et avec bonne humeur. Nous avons pris le menu Montagnard. Un régal : une garbure exceptionnelle et vraiment authentique, des entrées copieuses et fraîches et des viandes cuites comme à la maison et savoureuses. Un service aimable et attentif. En un mot : Parfait... Un excellent rapport qualite/prix et des vins tout à fait corrects. Allez-y...!

poor stay with not nice owner
Reviewed By ilana059we stayed there after we got lost and finally arrive (we booked earlier). the owner show us the room. it was dirty. the toilet was in the end of the hall. the shower in other side. no towels. no soap. the kitchen wasn't clean at all. I do not recommend it all.

Sauna indisponible et Wi-Fi payant (connexion médiocre) Chèque de caution jamais récupéré car perdu par l'accueil, pas sérieux.. Positifs : Emplacement de la résidence

Reviewed By marklN5373EMThis is a great resort. This isnt a great stay. Its warm. Good shower. Ski in / ski out. But. Compared to newer properties on both aide it’s expensive and run down. Leaks from dish washer. Rubbish fridge. Dirty.
