Great location, nice hotel
Reviewed By NJB227We were moved from the Hotel Omama. In some ways this was an upgrade. Better location, better breakfast available. However we had booked a large quadruple room for 3 people with two toilets and we were squeezed into one double room with an extra bed. It was very cramped. Not really suitable for 3 people when we had booked a much larger space. However the parking was handy, it was a great base in the city centre and the breakfast was really good. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They are lovely. Really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Especially the breakfast staff in the patisseries. Overall had a great stay. Would stay again.

Small family run and very friendly hotel close to the town centre
Reviewed By Tony088From the moment we arrived Domenico, Maria and Guilia made us feel more than welcome, it was more like a meeting of old friends! The hotel has been recently thoughtfully and tastefully converted, our room was very comfortable, especially the bed and boasts a great shower - ideal after a hard days skiing. It's just a few minutes walk from the Roman Arch and the start of the main street through the Aosta, which makes it an ideal base for exploring the city. The ski lift to Pila is a five minute drive away. Very highly recommended, especially if like us you prefer small family run hotels to large ones.

Lovely hotel and did the job for what we needed. 20 minute walk (max) to the gondola for skiing and right on the pedestrian zone for the main town. Breakfast was a good variety of what you would expect; egg, bacon, pancakes, toasties, cold meats, cheese, bread, yogurts, fruit, croissants. We had a family room, which was a queen size bed and a bed settee. Very spacious. Came with fridge, kettle, coffee machine, 2 TV’s, safe. All staff very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again - in-fact already looking at booking for next year, staying in the same hotel.

Not five star because it doesn’t feel the need to be. It’s restaurant isn’t probably a place that Michelin will ever visit although it deserves all the accolades. The rooms are spacious and simply furnished. Everything you need and nothing you don’t and it all works perfectly. The staff are charming and extremely helpful. More to the point it has a real family feel where every single one of them we interacted with had an intense and genuine wish to help - without the five star obsequiousness. The restaurant is also very special. Again the whole family operate as one. All of them genuinely know and have an immense pride about the local ingredients they use and explain them clearly. The food itself is brilliantly presented and without fault. As if all of the above isn’t enough the price of everything reasonable, extremely good value for what you get. Visit. Stay. You won’t regret it.

Reviewed By Pam BAlthough the property is close to at least 2 major roads the hotel feels like it’s in the countryside once inside ! Our room was stylish and comfortable and incredibly clean . The whole place has a comforting and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are charming, helpful and multilingual! Great location, would definitely stay there again.

Reviewed By sarah_3YJ123Great customer service - We reached the hotel before the check-in time and the staff not only managed to check us in, we were upgraded to a Junior Suit, on the highest floor with a great view of the area. Also, the hotel kept our luggage for a day while we went hiking at the nearby valley. They are very professional and approachable. Comfortable stay - Above average furnishing, clean and spacious room with unique décor throughout the hotel. There are even sparkling water dispensers on every floor, which makes the stay so wonderfully different. Location - About 5 minutes away from the bus/train station and city centre. A great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Reviewed By heidiw454We stayed at this hotel on our arranged holiday with interski. The friendly staff couldn’t do enough for us and our children from the minute we arrived. Great food with a varied selection for breakfast enjoyed by all and and a wonderful choice of menus for the evening meal with an authentic Italian choice too. The rooms were fantastic and very clean with daily maid service from the friendly team. The bar service with a smile too offering a lovely selection of drinks and snacks. The staff are fantastic and always willing to help and have a joke with the children. This place is very special and we will be back. What a great team!

The hotel is well laid out (no elevator), well restored, but in the end nothing special, apart from its location. No airco needed. The general parking is some 200 m away, so you have to walk to the hotel. Nice, but nothing special, as one might expect from the price (€ 220). Take your breakfast at the central piazza, unless you can manage the wide selection of the breakfast.
