Reviewed By tucsonsalI wasn't a hotel guest but the receptionist, Felipe, went above and beyond what I needed. I was alone and lost with no phone, no memory of my hotel name or location and feeling desperate. Felipe calmed me and googled hotels in the area until I recognized mine. He then called a cab and I was on my way feeling extremely grateful for his help.

Great Place!
Reviewed By curioustraveller104Great place, friendly staff, not great english but could communicate with google translate. There was parking for free. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms had hot showers. The breakfast was great. The location is a easy walking distance to town where all the restaurants are.

This hotel offers you what they say. So they walk their talk. Very big and good bed! Very good shower and nice towels. Big bathroom and everything is clean. Nice swimming pool and good basic gym.

Reviewed By mariemeyerWe spend there a night - unfortunately it was booked out for the next days otherwise we would have stayed longer. The rooms were clean and I’ve never seen such a clean shared bathroom. Francesco and his helper are really taking care of the place and are super friendly and helpful. The laundry service is excellent - clean, quick and a reasonable price. It is 2 min walk from the center.

On the corner there is a mini market, handy as one can store food and drink in the fridge of the kitchen area that is free to use. There is a nice patio, partially covered with some tables. There is good wifi both in the rooms and the patio. The rooms are basic, but clean and decently spacious. If leaving early, which we did every day we were there, there is a packed breakfast waiting for you, with some juice, a piece of fruit, some bread and granola-type bar. The main plus point is the owner, who is very helpful.

He took care to make us feel comfortable, offer assistance during our stay and even checked in to make sure we made it to our next destination safely.

Reviewed By Débora SClean, comfortable, great breakfast, friendly staff! A little far from downtown (10min walking), and near to the city exit... so you are (almost) always the last one to be picked up for tours and you can ask to be dropped near to the hostal on the way back.

Amazing stay at hotel
Reviewed By Vinit Snice staff. They agreed to give me early check in and the stay was smooth. Breakfast was great as well. I traveled solo to Chile in Feb 2020. I am vegan and do not know how to speak Spanish. People of Chile are amazing.
