We looked in Kas for this restaurant but nowhere - finally found it when booking a Cukurbag Hotel (Cachet) and found it to be their own restaurant. It was everything you would want. Well spaced tables, excellent chef and staff, stunning views, quite traditional styled Turkish food but delicious (and why we went there, for Turkish food which we love).Normally we avoid the BBQ night but this is Highly Recommended, quality and value for money. We have visited Kas 3 times before and tried many restaurants, we had plans for dining in several places but having eaten here once we stayed and stayed and stayed again. Returning in late August/September to the Hotel and the Restaurant.

The waitress was charming, remembered us from the previous evening when we had stopped to look at the menu and spoken to her. We ordered two glasses of wine which was served as we perused the menu. She took our order Starter; mixed seafood rolls & melon, Maim course; two swordfish steaks.Mixed seafood rolls arrived and after a long wait we had to ask for the melon, she apologised and went off to fetch it.Starters cleared we eagerly awaited our Swordfish. When our meals arrived one was Swordfish the other wasnât. When we asked her about it she said she had misheard us and whisked on away to get it replaced. This left my wife with a meal and me without. The waitress returned saying she had requested priority on the fish & suggested we could share the one meal my wife had and then share the replacement meals. Quick thinking and we did just that. The food was delicious even if the service had been a little erratic and the charm and ambience of the surroundings somehow allowed you to forgive that element. Turkish coffee and a Raki to finish and a bill which include 5 glasses of wine of just 220tl (£27.00) including tip, terrific value for money and a good, if not different, meal experience. They got there eventually and you get the impression theyâve had plenty of practice! All that to one side Efendi restaurant is well worth a visit.

Came with family for dinner. Greeted by friendly, warm service which created a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere! Ãzkan was especially attentive and very friendly! We ordered a bruschetta and a garlic bread to start between 4 of us - both were delicious and much better than we expected! The bruschetta was especially tasty with lovely tomatoes and mozzarella. Enough to share between 4. We had 2 Hawaiian pizzas and 2 spaghetti Bolognese for mains, all of which we really enjoyed! Would definitely return and say that if you are looking for a bit of pasta or pizza from a change of local cuisine, this will not disappoint!

We went here on the recommendations of TA but found it very cramped, busy & overpriced. The food was ok, nothing special & the service very slow. MUCH better alternatives for beach bar clubs at the other end of Kas.

We are Kas regulars and like to mix and match our dining choices. After reading the good reviews, decided we fancied Italian. Imagine our disappointment when we were told the lasagne and four pasta dishes had sold out! Admittedly we turned up around 9pm, but if the food is that popular, you would think they would make more of it!

Excellent restaurant. Food was delicious. Favourite dish was shrimp casserole. You get a delicious puff bread with dips to start. Firat made us feel very welcome. Went back several times whilst in Kas. Will definitely be returning. The Goodlad and Gaygusuz Family

We came here last year and have returned again this year. We were not disappointed. The food is excellent and the service is equally just as good! I cannot fault it in any way. We had the lamb casserole for main which is bursting with flavour! Definitely give this place a visit if in Kas. We will definitely go back again before we leave.

I wanted to try genuine Turkish ravioli - Manti - with yoghurt. The waiter was very hesitant and explained this is not to most British touristsâ tastes and that perhaps Iâd prefer the mushroom or tomato sauce but I was keen to try the genuine traditional dish. I was very pleased that I did - it was really tasty. The waiter explained that in winter when the restaurant is quiet they sit and make these by hand and freeze them so they are genuinely home made.

Didnât actually eat in this restaurant. Went twice because of the very good rating on trip advisor, but both times the restaurant was totally empty. Very odd?Yes it is true that sometimes we have that quite days. Especially, it happens after the middle of September. But, never judge a book by its cover. Thankfully, our guests got satisfied every time they came in. We believe that our quality and reliability ensures that comments which you questioned. We hope to have you here and try our food next time. Then you can give us your precious comment base on your real experience.

It's always nice to see Kadir (the maitre-d), he's really friendly and we've all known him quite a few years.When we turned up at the restaurant there was a power cut in the street .....but Kadir had a generator so the kitchen was functioning.The steak fajitas were fabulous and the prawn casserole very nice. The lamb chops were delicious. It was a great meal in the dark. Well done Kadir!500TL for 4 including beers and wine.
