We serve breakfast and lunch and are knowen for our omelets, potato pancakes and all our smoked meats and fish
We've ate here a few times over the last 15 years. Every time has been phenomenal. We were there again last week and everything was just as awesome as remembered.
Omelettes are great. Pancakes are really good. And the smoked pork is AMAZING! I know it's not normal breakfast food but it really can't be beat. The view of the Mississippi is beautiful and it's so neat to watch the barges and trains from your table.
It's a must stop anytime we are in the area!

On my first visit, I had a fruit smoothie, a mango smoothie. They serve coffee, cappuccino, quiches, baked goods. The staff are friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place for a morning coffee for sure. By the way, the mango smoothie was great!

Fire & Ice serves up first rate ice cream and desserts and is the lobby of the Hotel de Ville. The gardens behind the shop have been featured on TV and in magazines. Youll enjoy the life size statuary, several fountains, the castle wall and Hobbit hole too.
Whether you're a tourist or a local, this place will never bore you! Although the prices are a bit high, the quality of the drinks here are fantastic. My barista king of looked like she didn't want to be working there, mostly because her attitude wasn't too great. aside from that, this place is wonderful! There is a 'secret' garden in the back and has an amazing show of fountains and flowers. The ice cream is of fantastic quality! WILL COME AGAIN

My husband and I visited with 2, 7 year old grandchildren. We were taking a break from the national eagle center. My husband had a skillet breakfast and rated it as good. My chicken salad was average. We were disappointed with the size of the children's French toast meal. One small piece of French toast and one strip of bacon. Both children were still hungry after finishing their meal. We had to order both of them more food. Service was good.

I have eaten several different things off of the menu at Yahooligan's and they were all fantastic. My favorites are the fish and shrimp, but the burgers and pizza are also delicious! The service always seems fast, even during the "busy time". The atmospere is great ...very laid back. I like to look around and read all of the neat little signs with the different sayings on them! I have been there with family during the day for lunch and also later at night for dinner and drinks with friends. It's a lot of fun when there is a DJ or when they have some of the bar games going on!!

We stopped in to buy an ice cream cone as this shop is well known for it's dairy products. We were pleasantly surprised to find a cafe for lunch, wine shop, cheese shop and gourmet gift/food items. It is lovely to look around and we found several products and brands we had purchased in Europe. We had sea salt caramel ice cream. The texture of the ice cream was nice and smooth. We could taste the salt, but there was almost no caramel flavor at all. We paid $2.50 for one scoop and $3.00 for two scoops. The was a line to use the restroom. They have one stall for women and one stall for men. We waited at least 15 minutes in line, so be prepared if waiting is a problem for you.

Usually, when a restaurant does a Taco Tuesday, the portions are average and taste is 'mass produced'. Not here! The two tacos I got were HUGE. Could have easily shared a meal. Very inexpensive, too. One of the guys ordered the Bloody Mary.....Wow. The photo on Trip Advisor is good, but doesn't do it justice. I'm going to copy this drink at my next party. Served with a meat stick, shrimp, mushrooms, pickle, etc. He said it was delicious! Very delightful waitstaff. I'd go there every Tuesday if I lived nearby!

I was driving through town during a business trip and a local recommended this place to me. I had a Ruben and to my surprise it was fresh corn beef. The food was delicious and service was wonderful! I would definitely stop again!

The staff were super friendly! The unique burgers were really good! I had the 1/2 lb elk burger and my wife had the beef burger topped with smoked brisket (excellent). The fries were uniquely shaped. The fried cheese curds were okay. We were a group of 8, and there was another group about that size as well. There were not many more seating possibilities for a group our size. This place is a bit too bar-like for me to bring children here. For example, there were paintings of nude women in the restaurant and men's bathroom.

Was in town visiting relatives & went here for lunch. Not very many places like this left and its a shame .I grew up with my parents taking me to various coffee shops, so the atmosphere brought back a cherished childhood memory. Delicious home cooked food made with care! Excellent service! Absolutely decadent pies! Hands down the BEST rhubarb pie ever!
