This is a restaurant/take away that serves the best chicken piri piri I have ever had!
We have been visiting the restaurant and takeaway for nearly ten years as a family. Despite the change of ownership, there has been no detrimental changes to the quality or price of the food. The seasoning on the chicken is a highlight, and we can feed a family of 4 for around £20 and still have leftovers for sandwiches. We will continue to recommend this place to friends that visit. Worth having an ice cold Super Bock whilst you wait, doors open for takeaway just before 7. Keep up the good work! Eating in is also a great option. The service is particularly friendly and the team made us feel very welcome with our young children. I recommend the Madeira beef skewer. We will definitely keep returning and keep up the great service!Thanx Mr. P. for keep visiting and giving your opinion, we really try to be TOP , not easy in this season but we really try, thanx for be inconditional : ) AtteThe cashier

Marufo was recommended by one of our Bolt drivers. Out first time in Vilamoura so asked for recommendations and this was the top rated place!Super busy and filled up really quickly with people still queuing outside. Inside was a Real feast! We had prawns (have to peel them yourself), half chicken and chips, pork slices with chips and steak just for 2 of us letâs just say that after that, bottle of Matheus and ice cream I could barely walk. Delicious food and really cheap to compare with restaurants in Vilamoura marina. You have to go and try!

Our hotel recommended this nearby restaurant and we certainly enjoyed our dinner there. We have found that sharing a meal (they are usually quite large) allows us to also enjoy dessert. We had black pork skewers, fries, white wine, chocolate mousse, and condensed milk pudding. With a tip, the total was 20 Euros.

At Wildfire, we slowly and naturally infuse only the freshest hand selected ingredients, using our in-house hickory smokers. Creating traditional and intense flavours, bringing a touch of the Mid West USA to the Algarve.
One of the busier restaurants. Had no booking but they accomodated us straight away. Food was excellent. Pricey however, you need additional sides as most grill dishes come on their own. Setting was really nice. Service was over the top and provided the reason for the star drop... Waiter was poor, forgot everything had to tell/ask twice. Our bottle of wine was not left on or near to the table so when you ran out of drink you had to ask for a top up.. If they're busy they should just leave it at the table. Very simple fix. Would go again though as the food and setting were lovely for a romantic or family meal.

We are a traditional restaurant specialized in grilled meats. The piri piri chicken itâs our speciality. Simple foods with great flavors.
Situated In Rua Camilo Castelo Branco in Loule ( close to the castle ) this restaurant reminds you of what Portugal restaurants were about before the full on tourist invasion. We ate there two nights in a row and recommended it to other hotel guests. A couple from Austria came up afterwards and thanked us for a great recommendation. My wife had the Franco ( chicken ) accompanied with the special tasting Portuguese rice and chips both nights and obviously she loved it (â¬5). I had the veal on the first night with the same side dishes (â¬11) and the portion would put any T-bone steak to shame. I had a bottle of red wine â¬5 on the first night ( house red is â¬4) and for the second night I had a litre of sangria for â¬6 ( menu said â¬7 ). I tried the pepper steak on night 2 and all the meat dishes were succulent and tender. The apple pudding / tart was to die for.I noticed the couple beside me had the mixed kebab which I would have tried if I was there in Loule for a third night.Cafe was â¬0.70 and brandy â¬1.5.Everything from service, to food, to value and an open kitchen made this place highly recommended.

Barbacoa Steak House Português is a new space in Almancil where the barbecued meat and the kid in the oven are specialties served in a rustic relaxed atmosphere. The garden terrace completes a memorable experience on these pleasant warm summer evenings. I
Booked a table last minute for 3adults and 2children. Excellent food, very friendly service and very child friendly. One of the best meals we've had in the area and the waiter even brought a second spag bol at no charge for one of the children as he'd enjoyed his meal so much. We got free ports at the end and the kids got free cokes in the port glasses which they really appreciated. sorry we didn't find this restaurant sooner in our holiday and will be back when we return to Almancil
