Reviewed By Ioana AThe room was clean and very quiet, the staff was nice to us and very informative. Unfortunately the bed was too hard to sleep on and the tv was broken. We stayed there just for a night so it was okay. It's a cheap place if Ur on a limited budget.

Pensiunea Roua is located 5 km from Piatra-Neamt, along DN15 on the exit to Bicaz having a total capacity of 10 rooms(all with private bathroom,tv,Wi-fi,dryer),private parking and also a restaurant and a separate breakfast room with a total of 50 seats. The restaurant has a varied menu which can satisfy any gourmet tastes.
A place where you really feel really good !!!
Reviewed By Robert RThe location is very quiet, ideal for any type of stay, the services are impeccable and at the highest standards. I do not see another guesthouse in the area where I'd rather go. Serving is fast and the food is very delicious.

Reviewed By Loach77Ampio parcheggio con piccolo giardinetto.Camera sufficientemente grande,ma con mini frigo rumorosissimo e qualche presa non funzionante.Priva di aria condizionata e di cassaforte in camera. Un tre stelle che in Italia equivarrebbe ad un due stelle.

Decent place to stay in
Reviewed By Alex CWe have stayed at this place for 1 night (renting a few rooms) and the conditions are decent here, fair prices, with fairly clean rooms. We also had breakfast here, again decent, but a bit pricey compared to what the price is in similar places. Overall a nice enjoyable experience, but if I will ever come here again, I don't know if I will visit it again.

Avoid!
Reviewed By SandraS13915I had the same problem as the person who wrote the review before. There was a party with loud music. When we checked in the recepcionist told us that at midnight it would finish, but it is almost 2 am and it still goes on. Total disrespect for the costumers. Avoid!!

Room ok, receptionist horrible
Reviewed By Georgeta SRoom was ok. Clean and beautiful. But the personnel was terrible. Mostly the front desk associate whom recieved us. No smile, no greetings and no thank you. We said hello multiple times with no return. He was so awful it ruined our experience here.
