I am now arriving on 19th June for a two week stay and was wondering if the rooms had been upgraded as the photographs on the website show new updated rooms. Have all of the rooms been updated or just some? Also do the TV's have any English channels yet?

Reviewed By carolmL5814HATravelling by car from South of France to the Algarve I needed a conveniently located hotel with secure car parking. Using satnav I arrived in close proximity to the destination and was somewhat surprised to pass by an ugly industrial building in what seemed like a downmarket area. However on arrival at La Mozaira this was soon forgotten. This property has been restored with great taste and style. My beautiful bedroom was luxuriously appointed and very quiet this ensuring a good night’s sleep. Little touches like quality toiletries and bed linen add to the experience. We dined in the hotel restaurant and although the food was good it was not a standout meal. The service was attentive and breakfast next day was excellent. There’s a lovely pool and a very pleasant garden and outdoor amenity.

Reviewed By motorpropso, we booked on the road, thinking it's Valencia ,which it isn't Our bad experience started with trying to find the place - the reception was 300 metres away, and the older guy there showed us the wrong staircase, so at 11pm I was trying the wrong door and a woman screamed Then we got back in the car and tried to find the correct place - very difficult , much time wsted and everybody exhausted , and we are good navigators the pool was closed ,this being mid October flat itself was nice , except the loose front door lock , it could be good in summer , if you stay a week, ust don't arrive late

Reviewed By maisonrethelNous avions reservé un appartement avec 2 chambres directement à l'agence de location (tarif le plus avantageux trouvé, différence de 70 euros par rapport à booking.com et autres sites). Nous avons eu l'appartement 914 de la résidence patacona white deluxe. Les plus de la residence : - Propre - Sécurisée - Située à 4 minutes à pieds d'une plage de sable fin - Située à 2 minutes à pieds d'un arrêt de bus (ligne 31, seule ligne desservant alboraya) - Située à 10 minutes à pieds d'un supermarché de centre ville (consum) - Piscine surveillée, terrain de tennis, aire de jeux - Wifi a l'entrée - Personnel (gardien et femmes de ménage) très réactif et sympathique - Bonne insonorisation Les moins de la résidence : - Située assez loin de Valencia (exemple : bioparc/oceanographic/gulliver : 1h30 à pieds, 45 min en bus) - Maisonnettes entre la résidence et le littoral donc pas de vue sur la plage mais vue sur la mer Les plus de l'appartement : - grand réfrigérateur avec congélateur - terrasse/balcon agréable - assez spacieux Les moins de l'appartement : - peintures à rafraichir - vaisselle à renouveler (ex : casseroles et poêles inutilisables sauf si on aime manger du teflon!) - pas de produits de base (produit vaisselle, produit pour désinfecter la salle de bain, huile, vinaigre, sel...) - table prévue pour le repas (table de jardin en fait!) qui n'est pas adaptée (prend trop de place, blesse au niveau des jambes et ne convient pas du tout aux enfants de 3 ans !) - aucun équipement bébé-enfant (chaise-haute, transat, réducteur wc... rien!) - impossible d'installer la barrière du lit superposé pour éviter que l'enfant ne tombe! - canapé qui part en lambeaux et n'est pas confortable - température de l'eau très difficile à régler - robinet de cuisine qui gicle partout - baignoire usée (plus d'émaille) - pas le wifi - que des chaines TV en espagnol Les moins de l'agence : - Nous avons dû trouver seuls la résidence et l'appartement - Aucune information pour le wifi - Un seul jeu de clé (et on ne nous avait pas expliqué comment faire fonctionner l'interphone) - Nous avions réservé un lit bébé. Il était plus que sal, crasseux, bon à jeter... Honteux de proposer ça et encore plus pour 5€ par jour! Nous avons dû installer un matelas du lit superposé au sol pour notre bébé de 17 mois. L'agence nous a remboursé sans discuter. Les plus de l'agence : - Assez réactifs par email - Parle anglais (mais pas français !) En conclusion : définissez bien vos priorités avant de réserver cet appartement !!! Si vous voulez un appartement moderne et bien equipé ou si vous voulez visiter valencia tous les jours sans louer de voiture, cherchez ailleurs! Si vous voulez un accès piscine et plage très rapide, allez-y!

They canceled my booking 3 weeks before traveling for no reason
Reviewed By GoPlaces05696766288Having booked 4 apartments 6 months in advance, 3 weeks before arrival I received a cancellation message for each of the bookings. I contacted them immediately to resolve this issue and they didn’t want to do anything about it. I spent several days calling them over and over again and they were always saying that I should try again later because “apparently” the booking manager was not available. Eventually, they confirmed that the apartments had been allocated to other clients (who probably paid much more) and that there was nothing else they could do. STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS IF YOU DON’T WANT TO RISK HAVING YOUR HOLIDAYS SPOILED LAST MINUTE
