Reviews on Steakhouse food in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. As North America’s northernmost large metropolis, Edmonton is a fascinating study in contrasts — a vibrant urban center in the heart of the wilderness. It’s a city that’s never been afraid to do things a little differently, as visitors discover through close encounters with free-roaming bison, a shopping mall that spans more than 48 city blocks, and a dynamic arts and culture scene that embraces more than 40 annual festivals, including the continent’s biggest and wildest Fringe Theatre Festival.

This was our first time going to coliseum pizza. The Service was very good, staff were friendly and the pizza was exceptionally good. They have a great menu if you want something other than pizza.

Stop in whilst travelling for business. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. The steak was amazing, cooked perfectly, full of flavour and accompanied by a rich, sticky, red wine jus. Some great local beers on tap including a really good IPA.Hey T5714WPmarkg,Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. It was great to see our friends again and their choice of the Keg for dinner was most welcome. Holly took excellent care of our needs and our prime rib dinners were delicious as usual. This location gives the old vibe steak house feeling and was busy as usual. Good choice Bob!

Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse is where the service is led by you. Indulge as you wish on an endless spread of hot and cold accompaniments to the perfectly prepared meats fresh from our lump charcoal burning grills. Discs at each place setting are double side
Loved this spot!Visited with a friend and we tried all of the various meat skewers. Definite favourites were the beef filet and the grilled pineapple; so delish with the brown sugar coating! Not a cheap meal, but great variety, fun ambience and good value. Would visit again.

Ruth's Chris Steak House specializes in serving aged Prime steaks, broiled in a trademark 1800-degree oven and served on a plate heated to 500 degrees to ensure the steak stays "sizzling" hot. To experience fine dining at its best ⦠Just follow the sizzle
We visit Ruthâs Chris Steakhouse every time we come to Edmonton. Itâs the authentic Full Monty and priced accordingly. If you need a proper steak this is the place to go. Expect to retire some part of the national debt when you pay the bill. Service was excellent and the food was what we expected for the price we paid. We will do it all again on our next expedition.Thank you for the kind words, we are so happy to hear you enjoyed your dinner with us. We look forward to having you for dinner again soon!

The Sawmillâs Prime Rib and Steak House located in the Terra Losa Shopping Center is the second location established by the Sawmill Restaurant Group. Constructed in the winter months of 1988, would follow in the same footsteps as its sister restaurant 12
Had a large group which they excellently accommodated. Even set up the tables in an awesome round configuration to make it easy to converse.Handled the large group excellently even with us making it a bit difficult switching spots to chat (Sorry, thank you)Food was fantastic (no surprise) with the prime rib on point! There was one person that was unsatisfied initially but they went over and above to change that. Will be back!

Reservations for 5pm. Everything g was ready when we arrived. Staff were awesome. Appies came out in perfect timings. Drinks were replenished without even asking. Entrees were cooked to perfection. Didnât have time for the creme brûlée as we were hitting Spiderman right after. Never had a bad meal at this Keg. Always come back and always recommend...you can never go wrong.

Chop Steakhouse's South Edmonton restaurant features steak, seafood and drink specials; located near Gateway Blvd & Calgary Trail at the Sandman Hotel.
3 of us went to CHOP -Ellerslie Road- for dinner. Our first visit. As the name implies it is primarily a Steak House (beef primarily) although the do have pasta, fish and chicken as well for entrees. Decent array of appy's, and salads as well. It is/was Lobster week/month as well. One had maple haddock, one had tuna and I had a 7oz sirloin. You can order any of their beef entrees as is-i.e with potato only or upgrade it to have soup/salad and seasonal veggies with it as well as the potato. I did not upsize. Food was quite good, my steak was very tender and cooked perfectly. The 2 fish entree's were also reported as very good too. None of us had an appy or any starter, we weren't all the famished so can't comment on those. Service was good server friendly. Although the dining room wasn't overly busy (Wednesday night 6:30 ish) the bar seemed to be extremely busy. CHOP and the Keg are interchangeable in my opinion. Both have decent, somewhat overpriced food. However as there are no "independent" steak houses that I know of in Edmonton (Calgary has Cattle Baron) these places will have to do. Dinner for 3 (w/o booze, tip, coffee, desert) $100Hey Brian, just want to say thank you first of all for leaving this thorough review of your experience! We definitely have some menu options with varying price ranges throughout, and it seems you didn't get the chance to try our appetizers (I highly suggest the steak bites) As you mentioned our lounge has been getting quite busy with the new happy hour menu we revamped this summer! Seems to be a big hit in our lounges across the company. We will try and aim for that 5th star next time you come through! - Houston, Assistant Manager

We visited this chain for the first time while staying at a hotel nearby. The staff were superb. Despite being extremely busy, the welcome hostess said thereâd be a wait; this didnât last long. She was very attentive throughout the wait. Our server, Andi, was great , helping my friend who must be gluten free. Two managers also helped with this request as well. I opted for the fillet mignon. I was cooked superbly. One of the best steaks that I have ever tasted. We also had creme brûlée to follow. A wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend

First visit to Atlas on a Thursday night as we had heard about their amazing seafood deal. Was promptly and courteously seated by hostess without reservations at a great booth. Our server, Gustavo, was highly competent and attentive throughout the evening. We had several appetizers, wine, beer, seafood, accompaniments and beautiful baked Alaska at the table. Sous Chef came to our table to chat as did the Restaurant Manager. The whole experience was beyond our expectations and we recommend to anyone who wants first class food and service. World class dining in an unlikely place. We are planning to make this a monthly night out so we can try all of the wonderful menu items. Looking forward to being just as impressed on visit #2 when we come back to try the steaks. Spectacular showing by all staff and management. Thanks for a memorable night. Dear charles a,We thank you for the amazing review. Atlas aims at providing fine dining service with elegance and I am glad to hear that it was perceived well. Gustavo is indeed an amazing host. I will forward your compliments to him. Please let us know the next time you decide to dine with us and we will be happy to have you again at Atlas.Best regards,Tabish WaseemGM Atlas Steak + Fish
