My husband and I ate here twice in March (before and after our vacation). We wanted to give a shout out to Mateo for his exemplary, hilarious, professional, quick, and thoughtful service. He made our St Patrick's Day amazing and we are so grateful to have had him twice. Great spot!

Choice. Ric's knows what you're craving is a moving target so we've got lots of options to hit your sweet spot. Tantalizing appetizers, organic greens, fresh seafood and Alberta's finest steak are a nice start. Add fresh house-made sauces, dressings and d
Indifferent service - I could have fallen head-first into my burger and she would have taken my payment anyway, but this seems to be the way things are in Edmonton. Who would have thought that you can get better service in Europe. Anyway, the food and atmosphere was good enough to rate it a 4/5. Really good burgers. Nice atmosphere.
The Willow Grill & Bar is an casual but has exceptional upscale taste of Italian and American cuisine.
We had a lovely evening meal at this little hotel bar and grill in the Wyndham Garden in Leduc. The two pasta dishes were lovely (carbonara and bolognese). The cheese plate starter was fair, but needs more refinement. The host/server was very friendly and has a great sense of humour. We did not catch her name but she was absolutely great. The chef came out to ask how our meals were, which was a nice touch. The restaurant is directly off the lobby and could use evening reduced lighting to create some sort of ambience. It is unfortunate that there is no information on this restaurant on the hotels website or in the rooms themselves. We've stayed at this hotel several times but had not eaten there before as there was no info about it anywhere, so we'd usually go offsite to a place where menu info was available. There are daily specials for drinks and eats which could be advertised more strongly in the hotel rooms, or posted in their elevators. The hotel management is missing an opportunity to increase traffic at its onsite eatery, and that's too bad. This hotel has become our preferred place to stay in the Edmonton airport area and we will certainly be back at the Willow Grill and Bar again. Dear North_of_68_degreesThank you so much for staying with Wyndham Garden Edmonton Airport and also choosing The Willow Grill & Bar for your past dinner! Our F&B team always try hard to make our guests to have the best Italian food experience. Hope to see you again here in the near future
Took the family to cook shack for lunch. The woman working was super friendly and knowledgeable. She treated my family like her own. The portions were a good size two people could share the two meat one. Lots of sides to choose from, I recommend the beans! I had the brisket and the pulled pork it was awesome!

Had a good stop at the roadhouse for an appetizer and main course. The onion rings were really good and crispy. The ginger beer was good but the rice was a little stale. Service was good and friendly. Definitely a good ole biker bar but vet popular and for good reason.

HALO - expertly combines high altitude and low octane. The neoteric, ultra-cool go-to modern bistro, is re-imagined for Edmonton. Our Cuisine is always approachable, a modern comfort food to be exact. Unpretentious and Micro-Local whenever possible. Expec
We stopped here for drinks between a wedding ceremony and reception and it was great! Comfortable couches. Attentive service. Extensive drink menu. Their house special Smokey Manhattan is amazing. So is the Prickly Pear. Johnny Walker blue label also. And the coffee is served in big silver urns with enough coffee for two generous cups and it was very good coffee. They would even run to Starbucks for you and deliver for a buck if you wanted a cappucino etc. Smells nice. Quiet and relaxing.

We ordered beverages and an appie right away because the rest of our party was late and we were hungry. Our beverages arrived without delay but the appetizer was a no show until after everyone had arrived. Our Calamari appetizer wasn't crisp and smelled fishy. We should have sent it back. The meals were only mediocre. They weren't hot when they arrived. The fish and chips were ok but battered fish is better eaten hot before it starts to cool and lose the crispiness of the batter. My crisp lemon chicken wasn't crisp nor did I detect lemon, it should have been called Sweet Ginger Chicken because that's what the flavors were. The Jasmine rice it came with was gluey. We chose not to try dessert.Hello Vince & Elaine,Very sorry to hear that your dining experience with us was less than pleasant. I apologize for the lack of quality as those menu items you listed are ones we usually have lots of positive compliments on. As you described that's simply unacceptable to us and doesn't meet our Sawmill Standard. I always encourage dissatisfactions small or significant to be brought to servers and management's attention as we wish to fix our mistakes promptly and send our guests back home satisfied with the food and service. If you wish to discuss your visit in further detail feel free to give us a call. I apologize again for the disappointment and we hope that you try us again in the future for a proper Sawmill dinner. Cheers,Nolan FlorenceAssistant General Manager
